Scarpa Cyclone GTX Walking Boots

Bought the boot which has a gortex lining because it is meant to be the best and my wife found the boot comfortable. The first time she used the boot in wet conditions the right boot leaked at the front top area. We returned the boot to be told that it could have leaked because it was dirty was nonsense. The boot was new with very little use and to sugest a boot designed to be used in extreme wet and muddy conditions will not be waterproof when dirty is a nonsense and we feel we have been ripped off to the tune of £120, we could have got a non water proof boot for a lot less. Go Outdoors customer care department is very poor. I wish I had used this site before my purchase. Lesson learnt
