This is a lovely small and modern studio in Maida Vale. The atmosphere is serious, the teachers are very serious, so you have to be quite serious, too! I love the calm of the classroom and the discipline of this type of yoga. I have learned so much just by focusing on the smaller movements, and it has helped me immensely with other types of yoga. The teachers are very professional (I like the teacher I had a lot), but I wish some of them would smile every once in awhile.
