Great Experience At Trimurti Yoga
The training lasted for one month, it was intense because we had yoga, classes, more yoga... but the energy of the place, the staff and the other students was so high that even when we were exhausted we always lifted one each other up again. This good atmosphere in the training made it a really great experience.
The place was clean and the food really healthy and nice.
We learn so many things about yoga, philosophy, alignment, how to become an excellent teacher, and much more.
They gave us space to discover what kind of teacher we want to become and we did a lot of training experience.
Overall I wouldn't change a bit of the experience.
The teachers were great always with new ideas and themes for classes, super innovated and creative.
I felt like home and around family for one month.
I recommend this yoga training to everyone that feels that yoga has to be teach with heart and no with the mind :)
