What Is Better Than A Mizuno?
I'm a beginner in golf (started last March this year). A friend gave me an MX 15 #6 iron which convinced me to start playing golf since I could really hit it long and straight ( unlike hitting my driver with severe slice). Yesterday, I got my MX 950 iron set, and for the first time really can make #3 and #4 iron really fly BIG TIME!Of course, they are hybrids but I have tried several hybrids too and nothing even come close to the consistency and confidence it has added to my game.
I have the standard graphite, regular flex shaft on my set and it helps me a lot in creating super high flight trajectories in my hits. The other reviews about the wonderful feel and forgiveness is TRUE!
My friend commented positively on my hits and I encouraged him to upgrade to a Mizuno.
"The only thing better than a Mizuno is getting a Mizuno for free."

Beautiful clubs. Bought new on eBay for a great price. Transitioning from Ping i3s - so was expecting to enjoy the new game improvement technology. Disappointed. The 3 and 4 hybrid clubs were great. Hit 'em solid, straight and far. Sweet. The 5, 6 and 7 iron were "clunky" and didn't have a good feel to them. The 'buttery' feel Mizuno's are known for showed through on the 8, 9 and P clubs. Really enjoy those ones.I hit my Ping i3 7 iron 150 yards or so on average. I keep chunking the ball with the 5-7 irons, so maybe it's the added weight, fat top line, straight hosel ...something has just made these clubs difficult to hit.

The Mizuno Mx 950 Are Simply, Great Irons. I Am Hi
The Mizuno MX 950 are simply, great irons. I am hitting so much better, I am getting loads of height and I find that these irons are very forgiving when I do hit one slightly off centre.
They are a bit expensive but you get what you pay for...quality.

I Used A Set Of Hired Clubs In France As I Hadn't
I used a set of hired clubs in France as I hadn't taken my Callaway Big Bertha's and decided to play at short notice. I went to the practice ground and from the first strike I hit the ball higher and straighter than I usually do. Second, third and so on were great shots. I was confused as I went to the first tee and from the first shot to the last I hit the ball so consistent. Even from the first cut of the fairway the ball soared high and straight to the pin and I hardly felt it they were so forgiving. I can honestly say that it is the best and most enjoyable round of golf I have ever played. I shall be buying a set very soon (well as soon as the wife lets me).

I Swapped My X16s For These Mizunos, I Am Hitting
I swapped my X16s for these Mizunos, I am hitting slightly shorter on my higher irons but when I hit a sweet shot the clubs give a real feedback, it is almost a buttery feel and the ball flies high and straight, the best feature are the hybrid clubs, last week I had 185 yards to the pin and hit my hybrid 3 iron, it was all over the pin and ran past about 10 feet, in 15 years I have never been able to hit that shot , long par 3s do not scare me like they used to, the clubs look nice with the blue insert and I think mizuno have invested a lot in forged irons and they are respected by pros

Very forgiving. Hit these irons straighter than than x20's. I like the set up with the Mizuno MX 950s they are very comfortable. They look great and when i catch one out of the sweet spot it doesnt even feel like ive hit one and the ball just flies.

Had Mx900's Loved The Playability Of Them But Lack
Had MX900's loved the playability of them but lacked the 3-4 hybrid I wanted. Miss the length and consistency of the 900 but love the 950's hybrids and low irons. Hopefully as I get used to them the distance will round up and/or I can figure out how far I hit each club
