Worth Going To Have A Look. The Place Provides A G

Worth going to have a look. The place provides a good positive atmosphere for all.

Helmets are required. It is currently closed due to expansion but progress pictures can be seen on the site. www.ferndaleskatepark.co.uk

Particularly suitable for young children and the parents would like a safe atmosphere for them to learn in.

A New Skatepark With Vibrant Staff All Geared Towa

A new skatepark with vibrant staff all geared towards not only its survival, but its continuation and regeneration of the locality. About to expand to triple its size and to include something that no other indoor skatepark in Wales has (as far as I have been able to find), although this is being kept secret for the time being.

could really do with a link to it, www.ferndaleskatepark.co.uk. Other than that, it was very helpful

The expansion, if it goes ahead, will make FSP the first skatepark in Wales (as far as we have been able to find) with an indoor skating bowl. Currently, there is a quarter pipe, a sub box, mini ramp, sloped grind ledge, a jump box, a straight grind rail and a quarter pipe/wall ride.

Prices are cheap: £1.00 for members, £1.50 for non-members; 50p for safety-equipment hire. Cafe on-site and viewing area giving a view over all the ramps

Unfortunately, those under 16 need a signed consent form (http://www.ferndaleskatepark.co.uk/prices.htm to download the form) from a parent or guardian.
