Daisyfield Swimming Pool

I visited this swimming pool for swimming lessons. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful.

There building is so outdated and cold. To my shock there were no showers so after my swimming lesson was over I had to change into my clothes without having a shower.

They have plastic curtains in the changing room which are damaged and dirty.

The swimming pool itself was dirty too with broken tiles. It’s a health and safety hazard.

Parking is charged if you forget to key in your details in the machine. It’s regretfully the worse place i’ve ever been to and one which I will ever visit again.

I was terrified of water but i decided to try and learn to swim. I contacted the swimming pool and booked a learners swim course. When i got there i was that scared that i was going to go home and not do the course, but the staff there convinced me otherwise. I stayed and gradually got into the water. The staff was there at all times and given you the feeling of safety and confidence to learn.

5 weeks on and i can now swim with the confidence of loving the pool and water, what an achievement. I owe the staff a BIG BIG thankyou for teaching me and i have been going to the pool twice a week now.

If anyone was thinking of learning to swim i would highly recommend this swimming pool, the staff are true amazing.
