We've just returned from a week aboard SY Sea Bird in the Seychelles. eWaterways arranged it and the booking process went smoothly.

The cruise was great. Our family of three really enjoyed ourselves. Sea Bird was spacious and well equipped and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful.

The destination was very special and you really need a boat to get to the best sites, so we’re glad that we chose this cruise. We didn't scuba dive, but still managed to see plenty of fish when snorkelling. We encountered giant tortoises on several islands and they are a major attraction.

We would highly recommend this cruise.

I have a dismal view of some agents but not e-waterways - I'm happy to recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. We travelled in a group of 7 to Norway with Hurtigruten and had a fantastic holiday. We were travelling with my 90 year old mother who had never been on a cruise before and hadn't flown anywhere for over 20 years. The staff at ewaterways were absolutely brilliant. They made sure she was in the cabin next door to us so we could look after her and arranged special assistance at all the airports at very short notice. They dealt superbly with all our various food allergies and we were extremely well catered for. I cannot recommend the team highly enough. We were fully informed in advance of special deals for drinks packages and various tours available from the cruise. I have already recommended the team with my friends and family. Brilliant brilliant service!

As a first time cruiser, we shopped around to see if we could find something "different" to the large ships that are always advertised. I found eWaterways and the service and choice I was given was second to none. Helpful, informative and extremely knowledgeable the agent firstly gathered information about where I wanted to go, how much I wanted to spend, quality of cabin and ship type I was looking for.

eWaterways then gave me a range of options and we ended up booking a luxury barging holiday in France through the Champagne region. The options though were endless - who knew there was so much choice of ships to experience!

We didn't feel rushed to make a decision and we were given all the information needed to then go ahead and book.

We have used eWaterways to book two cruises now and both experiences have been great, the staff are knowledgeable and prices are competitive.

The service I received was fantastic and professional on both occasions.

We like being able to speak to the same person time and again to keep continuity. No matter what questions we asked about the cruises we were considering if the answer was not immediately known an answer was found - nothing was too much trouble.

Also follow-up with other members of staff is very efficient. This is far better service than I have experienced in a high street travel agent.
