Rushmypassport it should be call NOpassport.com they did not even call when my drop dead date came and went. I had to drive to DC on the last day before my flight and go to the gov.agency and get my own passport.

What got me is they didn't even call , wouldn't answer my calls

I cannot create an experience that could have failed me more than the experience with Rush My Passport. They failed to return calls, failed to provide updates, failed to provide the service you provided. My passport was 7 days later than the expedite deadline provided (and paid for). Many times the service staff were incapable of or did not have access to any information to assist with moving the process forward in any meaningful way. I see only roadblocks and zero value in the 'service' they provided. The only thing that was accomplished in working with this organization was a delay in the processing of my passport, additional work and stress on my part and wasted money. I intend to dispute the charge on the grounds that they failed to provide the service they were paid to provide and will take legal action as needed.

I found out 18 hours prior to an out of the country flight that my passport was expired. I was desperate. I googled "expedited passports" and found rushmypassport.com. I first got assistance on the phone and their experts were knowledgable and excellent. I received my passport within 48 hours of initial contact. Awesome company!!!

They are the most awful company you can use for any service, expedited or standard service. Save yourself the hassle.

They never sent out the letter of authorization and claims it wasn't included in the original package. Then, asked for another one to be sent (charged for shipping it) and never passed along to the appropriate contact. Missed a nonrefundable trip due to their lack of communication and organization skills. Worst of all - they scream at customers!!! They don't care how they treat you and they refuse to admit fault when they make mistakes. They are by far the worst company in the industry. You are better off sending documents yourself to the Dept of State! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! No communication and they are supposed to handle this all for you but they do NOTHING at all! They can't even have the audacity to follow up on the process with customers. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

rushmypassport.com will Lie and Cheat you out of your money $250 rush fee and processing fee, and not provide ur passport or any services on the designated day all has agreed. Nobody will call you or text you, no one... an addition they ask you to put a money order or pay with a card in there for the amount of $270 for the actual passport agency - embassy fee. and for any meter you wont use there service. they will hold full amount of rush fee and also commingle - convert embassy fees to there account also!!!! so you wont get nothing!!!

I recently had the extreme emergency of finding myself with an expired passport only a few days before leaving the country. I literally panicked. Fortunately, I found rushmypassport.com because they were the ONLY company open on the weekend. I was very skeptical about paying for forms that would be sent to me after making payment so having that phone support was vital to my process. I was able to compile all my paperwork and have it ready for UPS shipping on Monday morning; otherwise, I would not have had my passport in time. I talked to staff support many times, and they even gave me their direct contact numbers. The level of communication I received from them on the actual day of my passport processing was amazing. I realized at the last minute that I not only couldn't find my passport but also needed new passports for my two children. Rush my passport was so helpful and made this difficult process as easy to understand and complete as possible. I have to give a huge shout out to my representative Teddy Etienne who without, I don't think I could have made it all happen. He was quick to respond to every question I had (and I had many) both via email and phone and was so calm and pleasant which really helped to keep me feeling the same. It was an amazing service and if I ever find myself in this situation again I would use them in a heartbeat.

I would like to thank RUSHMYPASSPORT for an awesome service. We had to renew my son's passport. Since he is a minor, he had to apply for a new passport. My case manager, TEDDY ETIENNE gave me the support and guidance I needed to fill up the forms and answered my questions immediately. He was very patient with me on the phone, kept going over the process and making sure that I did things right. Everyday, I was given updates on the progress of my application. I purchased for the 8-working day expedited service, I mailed my packet on Thursday (July 24) afternoon, they emailed me on Friday (July 25) saying they received my packet, Monday (July 28) I was contacted by an agent saying that Dept of State rejected the check I made for the fee which was $154 when it should only be $140, the agent said I could either pay over the phone or send another check with the correct amount. I asked to be contacted by my case manager, making sure I wasn't being scammed. Teddy called immediately and assured me that the situation was legit. Cut the story short, I paid over the phone, and got a confirmation on that day that they will proceed with the renewing of my son's passport. Tuesday (July 29) morning, I received an email that my son's passport, with the new payment have been submitted to the Dept of State. Tuesday (July 29) AFTERNOON I received an email saying that my son's passport has been issued and has been shipped my way. WEDNESDAY (July 30) 11am, I received my son's new passport, along with his old passport and original documents that I sent with the packet. TOTAL OF 5 WORKING DAYS. Totally worth the money. I will recommend RUSHMYPASSPORT to anyone in need of expedited passport processing. I'd like to mention that everyone I talked-- all their agents are very supportive and polite. YOU GUYS ARE ROCKSTARS!!! Thank you!!!
