Our Holiday Of A Lifetime

I In April myself and a family member celebrated our 60th birthdays and wanted a special holiday to remember. We decided to visit Memphis, then on to New Orleans and then finish our holiday with a cruise. We rang Adore Cruises and spoke to Consultant told him our plans. He took charge and totally tailored the holiday to suit us. During the weeks leading up to the holiday The consultant was always on the other end of the phone for any questions we had . She was also amazing she did all the administrative side. If anything changed they informed us straight away they where absolutely fantastic everything went to plan and we had a fabulous holiday I cannot praise them enough.We have travelled all over the world but this holiday was stress free thanks to The consultant so thankyou both for organising our birthday celebrations you did a perfect job I will always book with you from now on because you are a company that go that extra mile to give your customers the best. and the champagne that was delivered to our cabin was delicious and what a lovely thought. Can’t praise you enough thankyou soooo mucch.

Hotel Stay In Fort Lauderdale And Cruise 14nights Caribbean

We booked this 29 night trip with Adore cruises departing the UK on the 9th January.

The trip was good value for money, nice hotel and nice cruise itinerary also good flights with British Airways on the

A380 planes.

The cruise was booked with a man from Adore and a lady in the administration department was very helpful.

Have used Adore cruises previously and would use the cruise company again.

Good Holiday Good Price

Booked a holiday with Adore cruises. Travelled in september last year. Went to Memphis, Graceland was amazing not a bit cheesy, then New Orleans then a cruise around the Mexican Riviera. Booked it with .... he was an excellent agent. I would recommend Adore Cruises and ... of course.Only unfortunate thing the main street in New Orleans Bourbon Street was all dug up having a new drainage system put in, hopefully that will be finished now.

Great - As Usual

We just came back from Boston, New York and Queen Mary-2 cruise holiday which was put together by Adore. The person I dealt with chose the hotels. Yotel Boston was fine for a short break, good spot and nice staff. The Hyatt was fine too but a bit tired...good breakfast. The trains worked well and our usual great Queens Grill on the Q.M.

Fantastic Holiday

I have just

come back from a wonderful holiday, with a flight from LGW

to Toronto transfer to Niagra Falls for 3 nights lovely hotel and hownblower

tour. Amtrak train to New York and 2 nights again in a lovely hotel.

Transfer from our hotel to manhatten port to embark onto the Queen Mary 2 back to Southampton. Fantastic holiday would recomend Adore Cruises everything went so smoothly good value.

We started our holiday with a flight from LGW to Calgary, where we hired a car to drive through the Rockies to Vancouver, where we spent 3 days exploring the City and surrounding area.The hotels booked along the way by our agent were excellent both in quality and location, as was the one in Tokyo, which was ideally located for accessibility for Tokyo's transport system.We had cruised from Vancouver to Tokyo,via Alaska with Holland America, in a Vista suite cabin which was ideally located on deck 7. Transfers by shuttle bus from the port in Yokohama to the hotel and from hotel to airport in Tokyo, worked very well for ease of transit. Three days spent in Tokyo, one day visiting Asakusa and the SkyTree - very touristy but worthwhile.

Our agent had booked a day excursion to Mnt.Fuji but unfortunately the day chosen Fuji was hiding behind the heavy cloud and mist, which was disappointing to say the least.The Bullit train ride back to Tokyo just about compensated.

All the staff at Adore Cruises were very helpful in arranging our 'adventure".

Cruising With Adore

My husband and I booked our cruise with M A X at Adore cruises wayback in January and the price quoted was very reasonable. During the interim period I had a few queries regarding our proposed holiday, each time it was dealt with in a friendly, yet professional manner. Sadly our cruise had to be terminated in Naples due to my husband being hospitalised there. I called MA X who offered to book our return home flight at a very reasonable price, but because our insurance company was involved, I turned down his offer (foolishly). The Insurance company quoted us £100. more for the same flight, then because we hadn't got a fitness to fly letter from the hospital refused to organise it. M A X had told me that he wasn't available on the Friday so I had to book our flight myself, which was the same flight, cheaper than the insurance quote, but still a lot more expensive than the figure quoted by M A X.

We will most certainly book again with Adore Cruising. A massive thank you for your help, keep up the good work.

Fabulous Holiday

Adore Cruises worked very hard to find my family and I a good deal for the New Orleans & Memphis Cruise and Stay. The cruise and hotels were great and we all had an amazing time. We were slightly worried about making our connecting flight in JFK even though we had 3 hours stopover - this was due to JFK customs being so slow. You need at least 4 hours at Graceland and at least 2 hours at the American Civil Rights Museum. Be aware not to open cruise balcony doors on the Mississippi as the mosquitoes will get you! Great holiday, highly recommend the trip

Whatever The Package Stop Blamming The Booking Agent

Its ok to moan , we are allowed to considering all holiday providers/booking agents are selling a dream and often we build this dream up into the perfect holiday that is beyond perfection itself. So when you blame the travel agent for what goes on in your hotel for your stay part of cruise and stay, then that is unfair because your complaint should be with the hotel - there & then - so the hotel deals with it. And sadly if the hotel doesn't give a hoot that is a reflection on them not your travel agent. So get off his back!
