Great first time skiing. One easy purchase on the website, reps at the airport to meet you and at the ski depot every morning.

Booked a lovely trip to the hot springs and seen Sofia before the return flight instead of hanging around the resort on the last day.

Went to Sunny Beach this summer, website was easy to navigate had to make a change and spoke to a real person in the call center. Flights were on time and met by proper reps at the airport and in resort. Would use again as I get a discount to travel with them again.

My family and I went to Sunny Beach at end of July and had a lovely holiday with Balkan. The hotel was clean, modern and comfy, the food and drinks were okay for a 4-star all inclusive. The children loved staying by the pool, while me and my husband preferred the beach so there was something for everyone. We booked an excursion to Khan's tent, a restaurant at the top of the hill with beautiful views of the resort. We're going to Sunny Beach again next summer but this time we're staying at a more luxurious 5-star all inclusive hotel. We would definitely recommend using Balkan, our flights were on time, the transfer time is not too long and overall the service, reps and staff were friendly and helpful.

We just came back from a holiday to Melia SB hotel and I must say that we are very, very impressed. The food was amazing, the hotel was clean and the rep was very helpful and nice! The weather was also perfect, around 29-30 degrees! The only downside was that the water was cold... but we will surely book again for August! Thank you!

I have had three holidays with Balkan Holidays and have always found them great value for money and really good service. Their on line booking process is easy and I find their website really easy to use.

I have just recently returned from staying at the Rila Hotel in Borovets and all was good. Keep it up Guys

Had a flight booked with Balkan Holidays. The flight was delayed at Gatwick airport but regardless of that they made the flight to Sofia and arrived almost on time.

All of our family of four were ill during our stay in Albena, as were many other guests in the same hotel (all inclusive so didn't eat anywhere else). Coach transger was also dangerous - no seat belts, full of fumes and driver stopped for regular cigarette breaks. Balkan Travel have not responded to our complaints so the matter is now with ABTA. I would advise not using Balkan Travel.

Just back from the hotel iglika palace which has recently been renovated and loved every minute of my stay. Food was excellent, service was great and the organization from Balkan holidays was second to none. Could have done with a little more snow but this did not effect our overall enjoyment.
