I booked a flight with this company and immediately got an email saying my reservation is on hold. I called and they told me here are no flights to were I want to go and trying to get me to fly 3 days earlier to a place 2 hrs away. Why would they even let me pay for something g they don’t have? Why did it show that I could purchase it? So I tell them I need a refund and they tell me I cannot get a refund and she’s trying to help me figure out best flights. How about you don’t sell something that you don’t have! Especially when you email me immediately after my purchase. I never had an issue with booking flights. This I ridiculous.

They trick you into reserving at a good rate, then email you saying that you need to call them to confirm the booking. Once you call, they tell you that the return flight is not confirmed, they put you on hold, come back and tell you that they will upgrade you as there is no more room in economy. Unfortunately, the upgrade is not free and it ends up costing an extra 500$. If you cancel, they will charge you a cancellation fee of 150$..

They offer a great price only to inform you later that the price is double what you booked for. This is a classic bait and switch. Whatever you do don't us this company!!!!

After receiving a booking confirmation and a credit card charge they called us and demanded over twice the amount of money, or $150/ticket to cancel.

There are 12 of us in a holiday party and what this company is doing is an extortion.
