Lost Suitcases.
We booked in August 12th 2023. The flights where so long started in Manchester early in the morning. Had to change to Brussels flight that's when our nightmare started. It was late afternoon when we arrived (could have flown to Mexico the length of time it took) in Athens we found out they had LEFT our Luggage! IMAGINE OUR HORROR GOING ON A CRUISE FOR 2WEEKS WITH OUT CLOTHES MEDS. The lady at the terminal said get on your cruise and they will be sent to you. The Never came after hours and hours of putting complaints in at the help desk. No one was able to help. We called Cruise.co.uk and no one picked up our calls. The whole holiday was ruined. Every time we got off instead of enjoying our experience we had too shop for clothes and meds. Brussels air lines were no help either we never got compensation for our bad experience. Plus our cases came back 20 days after them going missing one was damaged and things had been taken from it. For an expense of £3,750 price of flights, cruise and extra money going to Manchester to try and find our cases was in vain. We called Cruise.co.uk to explain we had tried to call for help which they never did. Finally we got through to them 3 weeks after the cruise. They never offered any compensation. We had to try and claim on our own insurance which was a pathetic £300. So will not be using CRUISE.CO.UK OR BRUSSELS AIR LINES EVER AGAIN.
A Very Good Experience
Cruised on Spirit o Discovery earlier in the year.From start to finish the organisation was faultless.The ship is in pristine condition and was kept immaculate.Standard of service was better than good and food at all outlets was superb.The only real downside was the standard of entertainment was rather poor.
I would however recommend Saga.The initial out lay may be high but EVERYTHING is included and this makes for a stressless holiay
Abandoned In New York New Years Eve 2022
As our Pre paid transfer to the hotel failed to arrive we were ABANDONED at New York cruise terminal on NEW YEARS EVE 2022. We had to take a taxi at our own expense to the hotel. I received an email from CRUISE.CO.UK. stating that they would refund me £100.00. After repeated calls I am still waiting for the payment.
BEWARE booking with CRUISE.CO.UK as they do not honor their promises quoted in emails. They have now lost my trust and I will not be booking any further cruises with them.
Additional Costs
I have just returned from your Norwegian fjords cruise leaving from Rosyth on the 8th July 2022 cabin 5008 ref DPCWYL2
I was surprised to find a cost of £25 each add to our on board account on the Tuesday when asked the custom services why, they explained that it was for our LFT at the terminal on Friday I explained the following reason why I thought I should not pay it but they said they could not do anything I had to talk to head office.
So on return I contacted head office requesting a refund for the following reasons
1 the three documents received from you before the cruise
Ticket, label letter and boarding time letter did not say I Had to bring a LFT. All they said that for smooth boarding all I needed was passports, tickets and a vaccination certificate which I had no mention of a LFT test and I would have thought if you are charging for this it should be clearly stated.
2 I did not receive any emails from you prior to leaving for the terminal. You did send a message to my emergency number person I emailed customer services on the 7th asking if I missed any information again if you are charging it should be clearly highlighted
Barrhead travels info did not say we had to do a LFT when I asked them.
3 The staff at the terminal did not tell us there was a cost for the LFT and if they did we would have gone home and did the tests as we only live 5 mins away as we did not board for another 2 hours.
So I cannot see how they can charge me for something you did not tell me about or gave me the chance to use and alternative I had available. Also how do you know all the other guests actually used there own LFT and not somebody else's So I would be grateful if you could return my £50.They offered me £25 refund only
I would like to say you need to change you all inclusive drink package way of paying. I had to pay an extra £80 as I booked it on board because I wanted to put it on my on board account so I could use my £ 200 credit I had been given when booking the cruise. I had asked Barrhead if I could do this but was not advised it would cost more so I lost out on my £200 credit. So instead of £200 credit your saving is worth £40 only If I could have ordered online before I left directly to my on board account rather than paying by card it would have been better and this system does not help last minute booking customers.
I would like to complain about the organisation at the terminal we were crowded into the main hall for over 2.5 hours standing tightly together no wonder there was an outbreak of COVID on this cruise. What happen to the colour coding of label which was supposed to reduce congestion at booking in. As I have cancer and my wife is her mother carer we have managed to avoid catching Covid till now, but on return we both tested positive and I had to get hospital assistance due to Fred Olson poor systems organisation we where both out of action for 10 days.

I’m really not happy with this company at all, we have always used another cruise company which have been amazing. They have messed up our group booking so much it’s unreal. The person suffering is my mother that has a disability. I don’t like to be lied to nor do I let anyone upset my mother. Thank you so much for your mess ups. My mum would rather not come then feel humiliated. Bravo bravo… the pain you have caused is not acceptable I won’t stop till I get justice….. don’t promise if you can’t deliver…..
Poor Customer Service. Will My Refund Ever Be Made...
We made a booking on 24/10/2021 for travel 04/06/2022. Princess Cruises changed their COVID vaccination policy on 11/01/2022. Cruise.co.uk nor Princess informed us of this. Cruise.co.uk requested final payment on or before 04/02/2022. Payment was made 02/02/2022. We found out independently of the change in COVID policy on 04/02/2022 and contacted Cruise.co.uk on 05/02/2022 to request a refund. A refund was agreed on 08/02/2022. Despite following this up for more than 2 weeks, a refund has not been made as at 24/02/2022 and does not seem like it will be made soon. Communication from Cruise.co.uk is poor and they fail to answer questions regarding payment to/from their suppliers, provide a copy of their complaints policy nor information about their trade body.
We were the same, 3 times over the last 2 years our cruise with TUI was cancelled cruise .co didn't inform us we only found out on Facebook when i rang to ask them if it had been cancelled they recon they hadn't been informed of any cancellations. I am now into my 11th week of cancelation, still no refund yet people who booked with TUI direct had their refund within 2/3 weeks
Total Disregard For Customer Refunds
We have had 2 cruises booked with cruise.co.uk. One last November and one this April. Both have been cancelled. The November cruise was cancelled back at the end of September and we're still waiting for a refund. They do not keep you updated and we have to chase them only to receive a standard reply that we will get a refund by 31 March that's 6 months after cancellation! I feel that they are using my hard earned money to keep their company afloat and this is simply not acceptable. I need the refund of my own money to keep my family afloat. I will not use this company again.
Still No Refund…
Still waiting to hear about the refund for a cancelled cruise in April. Cruise.co.uk are doing everything they can to avoid a refund. Book direct with the cruise company!!
Misleading Advertising
Advertised one price but when called up the price was almost 40% more! They put it down to computer problems / Royal Caribbean problems and could not see any problem with false advertising. They even went so far as so explain they put the prices in so that people will call in to confirm the prices! Their mo is get the potential customers to call with false advertising then try sell them a product.
I would never call this company again.
I Wouldnt Even Recommend Them To An Enemy
We have used cruise.co.uk in the past purely to book a cruise and been satisfied with the service, so when we saw their "bucket list" cruise to South America, we booked to go,
Never have we been so disappointed with a holiday that should have been so good.
Shocking itinerary, that wasted hour after hour driving the same road due to poorly located hotels.
Hour after hour waiting in airport lounges due to ridiculous flights when much better options were available.
Poor quality, dark, dirty and dangerously located hotels that simply could not cope with a touring group of our size.
Tours advertised as fully escorted when they aren't, passed from one incompetent tour guide to another with no one taking responsibility to sort out issues as we go.
Here was a sample day:
waited from 8am until 10:45am for coaches to arrive in an dangerously crowded bus station. Finally arrived at hotel at 9pm, having had no chance to eat anything all day to find the hotel had been told no one would be requiring food! Took another 2 hours to get a simple sandwich,
To cap it all shocking customer service in response to the complaints of us and the other 80+ people sold a pup.
Cruise.co.uk might be able to book cruises, but our experience is that they have absolutely no idea how to organise a tour.
Our advice is to look elsewhere,

We would like to book shore excursions and want to know if anyone has booked with them before? Have there been any problems getting back to the ship on time etc? Would appreciate some feedback please. Thanks.
