Deeply unhappy and upset with the unscrupulous business practice we were subjected to today. I have an email chain showing we were charged double the amount for booking 2 flight seats. We were informed over the phone that the price quoted today was the price on the agreed email of 2 days ago [I also asked travel consultant to confirm the price which he did]and we did NOT agree to the double price figure for seats. Very very disappointing to find we were charged double and told the charge to cancel this booking was £300. This is not how you conduct business in 2024. Matter will be raised at a higher level with your holding company owner. Booking reference No XP661842 [my initials are SS]. I look forward to a full refund to the credit card. told, we are with you all the way, yes, to be let down and ripped off. Flight would have been cheaper if I went direct to Westjet. Never booked my seats when they knew 3 of us were flying and wanted to be together. Sweet talking Jonty, but didnt deliver promises. Absolut waste of my time and money

I would advise others to avoid Dial4travel at all costs. I had booked a ticket from them during the pandemic, and was asked by an agent to pay a deposit of 250. When I later learned that the ticket would cost more due to needing to isolate for 10 days, I asked for a refund, but Dial4travel has not pay me back.

I thought I'd found a good price for the flights, but by the time another connection flight was added(which hadn't been discussed), the price was more than a straight through flight. Very difficult to get any support from this company, extra charges added. I was worried that the tickets were a sham, even in the airport I couldn't relax until we checked in and knew they were legit. Avoid this company, I will from now on.

I used this company once and i will never ever use it again, its a sham and conning, so please don't try to use because I'm in the process of taking it to courts of law

They overcharge give no evidence of costs. Please do not use them and avoid the stress.

I book a flight for myself and my family to go to jamaica in December 2021,

In June 2021 I contacted this company, I paid them by bank transfer. 2 weeks before I needed to travel, they contacted me telling me I have to pay more money for my flights, I refused to pay more, they then offered me a full refund.

That was December 2021 and I am still waiting in March 2022 for my money.

every time I call, they keep telling the person who needs to deal with me not in.

6 months lately.

I am still waiting. I have no choice but to take them to court for my money.

they did not book my flight so they have no reason to keep my money.

I travel a lot, but this travel agency has got to be my worst experience! I find them very deceptive in giving extortionate fares, hidden charges etc. They are very quick to take your money and offer no further help if there are any issues. They quickly ask you to Send them an email confirming that everything is okay..PLEASE DON’T DO THIS! I will stay well clear of them!!!

Very unprofessional sums up my whole experience with them. Once I had paid up for my flight I had to keep chasing them to get the actual tickets and everytime I was told I would get a callback as the agent is not in the office. I don't understand why nothing is straightforward with this company. Save your time and money go somewhere else please!!!!

This is the worst ever flight agents I have book with.i have been talking to this guy name King and their services they provide is definitely the worst I have come across. I would never recommend this dial4travel to anyone if you don't wanna lose or waste your money.they can't even refund half of the fare and additional money needs to be paid in order to make it open ticket. Don't ever book with them.
