I have booked many holidays with Dial a Flight over the years, and they have always been 100% helpful. Quality accommodation and travel, give full details and always at the end of the phone. If you want to speak to a specific person and they are busy you can guarantee a call back within minutes. Last year had to cancel flights 2 days before travel due to surgery - I did not have to do anything, all done speedily and confirmed by email. I may not be the easiest customer they have to deal with but they are always so pleasant and nothing is too much trouble; they act so quickly you get immediate answers. do not even consider using anyone else.

We have used dial a flight on many of occasions over the last few years. I have to say they are absolutely amazing and helpful.

Last flight we booked my daughter was ill and we had to change flight last minute, no problem at all they sorted it all and rebooked another with no stress at all. Most recent flight was cancelled with British Airways and instant access to an emergency helpline number no trouble at all within 15-20 minute of a call a new flight was booked with a different airline. Something that we would have never of been able to do.

I just want to thank you all because all of you are equally as helpful and always accommodating. We will always go though dial a flight.

This is the second time I have booked Dubai flights and a hotel with DialAFlight and apart from giving us a better price for the flights than Emerites and matching a price I had for the hotel, Saf could not have been more helpful. He comes across as really caring about his clients and is so thoughtful and will go out of his way to help you.

Do NOT use this company. I booked flights to NZ with them in May when they were reasonably priced and paid a deposit. I was NOT told that the deposit doesn't secure the flights, so several months later they phoned me and said the airline had cancelled the flight and I would have to pay nearly 1/3 as much again to re-book. Absolutely disgusting. Steer clear.

They take your money and run when legislation changes they don’t let you know and blame the air line avoid at all costs

Just booked some tricky flights and was lucky to get a lovely agent at the other end of the phone. He was everything I mentioned in my title and more. Big thanks to him and all his help very much appreciated.

Absolutely first class outfit in all relevant departments, flight availability, hotels and all the usual travel and holiday activities.Above all their rates appear to be second to none in terms of competitivity . When couples with a rapid response time and extremely courteous telephone service it is difficult to imagine a more polished enterprise. In my case they undercut a relatively detailed hotel quote for a multiple stop trip in Northern Spain proferred by a so called specialist market leader by well nigh 50%. Their name belies their forte which is the top rate provision of all holiday and travel requrements

Booked flights for one party using multiple booking references. Didn't advise that this would mean parents being split from children. Brilliant. Ruined our holiday. Did nothing to remedy the situation.

I recently wished to travel to Dubai and was fortunate to have been put in touch with dialaflight who made all the arrangements for me. As I am elderly and not able to walk too far they were able to arrange assistance at each airport and gave easy to follow instructions about checking in on line and printing off boarding card. Everything went like clockwork and I could not have been treated better. I would certainly reccomend them both for their care and their speed at answering any questions one might have.

When you first book your flight with them they are happy to remove the debit card charge and say the same with happen with you pay the balance, however when you come to pay the final balance hey charge you for the debit card payment snd then say there is nothing they can do about the charge anymore.
