Edreams Agent Are Sham Artists.
Please please do not use sham artists acting on behalf of eDreams, they are charlatans. In terms of due diligence and before anyone criticising me, I have used their service before in 2010, 2014 and 2016, without any problems or concerns. Therefore, I had their number in my phone and I communicated with them and thought I had negotiated a good price to go to the Gambia. Soon after money was exchanged and I was promised receipt and the tickets will follow soon after. To my surprise, no receipt and no ticket followed after 72 hours.
Naturally I became concerned, they were prompt to answer the phone initially, stating “don’t worry, the tickets and receipt will follow”. I phoned up every day for about four days and on the fourth day it appears they blocked my number. Therefore i used another number belonging to my wife, they answered the phone. My wife spoke to them in an amicable way – then they became unprofessional raising their voice, stating “why don’t you believe us”. Soon after they also blocked my wife. I recommend that nobody uses this service and stamp them out. They are charlatans and sham artists. Once again, do not use or attempt to use their service. Apparently they are third party agents.
Opodo/edteams, I Have Been Trying To Get My Money
OPODO/EDTEAMS, I have been trying to get my money back since December 2021, a refund that never comes, calling them on the phone and waiting for hours is useless, they are well-structured to keep people's money. shame of company.
Just check the groups of people waiting for refunds like me on Facebook, Instagram, twitter....
Edreams Is Cheater
Edreams is a cheater company I booked flights from Bangkok to serbia with automatic check in boarding pass where it show if boarding denied u get full refund they just cheated me since 5 nov 2022 it's not a professional company they just know how to take money from customers pocket,called many times n sent many emails even there agents lie lot I will never recommend someone book with edreams I have all proofs I lost inr approximately 75000.
Carry On Not Included
While booking my flight on the edreams site beside the flights you had to chose from it said carry on included. The email from edreams says 4 carry on bags both directions. The airline website says no baggage. I have screen shots of the flight listings saying carry on included. I have screen shots of my edreams account saying carry on included. I changed one flight because it said small bag included. I have chatted many times, filled out the forms they asked for, sent info they requested and no one has gotten back to me in 17 days. Has anyone found a solution?
Cancelled Flight And No Refund
My daughter in law was due to fly home to Malaysia on 8/1/2022. The flight was booked through eDreams. It had already been changed when she got covid, but her pcr came through positive at midnight before her flight at 0925 8/1/2022. From midnight to 3am I was using a mobile phone, a landline and the app to try to contact an agent at eDreams to help me with the flight. Finally at 3m a man connected with my request via the app. I explained the situation that she could not fly and asked to re-schedule the flight. He told me there were no flights available to re-book onto IN THE WHOLE OF JANUARY. He said all he could do was cancel and he could not guarantee any refund because I was informing them so late!!! I explained again and again the test result only came through at midnight and I had been three hours trying to contact an agent. Seriously, I was stressed and the agent was horrid. At one stage he said to me 'Is she getting on the flight or do I cancel?'' I asked him for a transcript of our chat and he told me he could not provide that. All I could do was to cancel the flight in the hopes I could secure a refund due to the positive PCR. It has been ten days and I have heard nothing from eDreams. I emailed the positive certificate at 3am on 8/1/2022 and have had no response. I called again today, was on hold on the call for two hours and again connected with an agent via the app in that time. The agent told me ''don't worry, we'll fix this''...Then proceeded to tell me to wait for an email and that was as much as they could do for me! I have emailed the certificate again to the same email address with an email complaining about the poor standard of service and lack of response. I await a reply. The whole situation is beyond disgraceful. I had to pay for a second flight to get my daughter in law home and I have no idea about the refund. I will never use them again, never. I WANT TO BE COTACTED BY YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM FOR A REFUND ASAP

Personal Review
This is my personal review for eDreams. I booked my flight ticket using the eDreams.com portal on 23rd of June 2021 from Portugal to France for the 26th of June 2021. But later the next day, I came to know that they booked my ticket for the 28th of June 2021.
Now, here the cat and rate race starts. First of all, they don’t display their customer care number on their website eDreams.com. I search a lot on Google and tried on over 8 numbers and finally able to reach the customer care.
When I told them about the wrong ticket date booking, they told me to contact to the Airlines Company. Strange is not it? I booked my ticket from eDreams.com and they are telling me to talk to the Airlines? And when I talked to the Airlines Company, they told me that the ticket date can be changed without any additional charges however it should be done from the eDreams.com as they booked your ticket.
And when I told this to the eDreams customer care, they were asking to pay an additional €320 to change the date, whereas the airline was not charging anything to change the date.
Wondering why they are not provided their customer service or any contact number on their website. And the live chat is managed by Robots with an automated answer.
I lost my hard-earned money €320.
Won’t recommend anyone to use dream to book a flight ticket.

Complete rip off service. In our case, we paid for air fare from Spain to the US, airline cancels flight (not us, the airline) and it takes 6 months to receive a partial refund. eDreams keeps 20% for themselves calling it a "service fee". Wait times in excess of an hour to speak to a human being that I can't understand. California phone number my tail. Look around to find and use a trustworthy service. They are out there. Completly Underhanded Way Of Doing Business
I booked a flight on this site which fitted my travel plans. At the end of the process it quoted me €138. The confirmation email told me that I had been charged €162. No explanations, no intimation that I was being charged other that what was quoted. When I tried to contact customer service I got a robot. Typical. I think I will try to report it to the ombudsman!

I bought tickets week ago WAW-BCN-WAW for 4 people, price was 540 EUR and 50 EUR discount for payment of visa debit card on Edreams.es which does not exist.
E dreams took from my card 2 X 320 EUR (!) and I received messages saying that I should increase the limits on the card to pay more money. After a few days edreams was written that there was a server crash, I was only refunded 275 EUR, the bank took 45 EUR as exchange costs. The reservation was canceled, the rest of the money was not refunded and even no ,,sorry'' from Edreams. Only yesterday after telephone intervention, they kindly said that they would refund the rest of the money minus the exchange costs. With the fault of edreams I lost 90 EUR, server crash was not my fault.
They illegally took a double amount of 320 Eur and they lied writing yesterday that they had to cancel the reservation for lack of money. After 10 days they did not return unlawfully taken money.
There is no option to write a message on Edreams, only expensive international phone calls. Instead of explaining and refunding money, they send me unwanted advertisements.
I will seek legal opportunities, recover my money unlawfully seized.
How such a large international service can be so unfair!
Never again will I use dishonest Edreams.

booked flight through edreams when i searched flights they quoted me £101 when i put my details in and payment card before i reallised the payment had gone up to £143 i clicked the button thats how quick it changed if i booked direct with ryanair i would have payed £115 but because they quoted me £101 this is why i went with them there quote was wrong anyway because they paid ryanair £115 after severall emails to them to ask them to explain why they said it was there service charge is not refundable they said it was in there terms i could not find it do not use edreams i will never use them again they are a rip off please do not use them i asked what there service charge was for they did not tell me/ they should have included the service charge in the first quote then i would not have used them what a rip off

Where would I provide contact phone and date of birth info under booking management? Where can I find a customer service phone no.?
We cancelled our flights within 24 hours of booking and were told our refund would be made within 7-10 working days and guess what, nothing. They said their system was down and it would be another 7-10 days. Their web site is still open for business. I have read other reviews and my heart sank. What should I do? Has anyone else experienced this?
