We would like to thank all at Erna Low for a great ski holiday in Tignes in le Telemark in March.

We had originally booked for January but with the problems with Covid and no holiday travel permitted to France at that time, Erna Low were fantastic in offering us the chance to wait until a day or two prior to the travel date to see if French borders opened or we could have a refund and re-book when the situation improved.

We decided to travel in March an d had a fantastic family holiday in Tignes with sunshine and great snow conditions and an amazing residence!!

We have booked with Erna Low now for several years and have always until now found them helpful and efficient. Unfortunately this has not been the case with our 2016 booking!

We booked to return to L'Oxalys in Val Thorens as soon as booking opened and specified very clearly at the time that we needed to book one of the limited parking spaces within the residence. Achieving this was the primary reason for booking so early. This was not done. No car park space was booked for us and the residence has confirmed this. This was I was told human error. Very disappointed but now further let down as the best they could offer was parking at a nearby residence and this still hasn't been done either. Or if it has no-one has bothered to confirm it to us. I have emailed and called and am now told they will TRY to sort it out! This is causing unnecessary stress and worry and no-one appears to care.

Very disappointing and I will not be using Erna low again!

Used this company for the first time this year, having gone independently for over 10 years. The experience was perfect for us - we like to be flexible in our arrangements. The Eurotunnel fare was a flexiplus fare - no queuing for us! We were able to book the crossing on different days to the holiday start and finish dates, which meant we could stay overnight on the way through France and break up the long journey. I had made a mistake with booking the lift passes but they spotted it and contacted me to see if I needed to correct it or not - much nicer than realising at the last minute. I have only had one other experience of booking a package holiday, and I found that very restrictive - flights at difficult times, long coach transfer, pushy resort rep selling events. This was a more independent experience, but without the hassle of booking up trains, passes, equipment and accommodation separately. Brilliant - I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my friends.

Erna Low is the most fantastic travel compnay I have ever experienced. We have used them 9 times for our annual ski holiday to La Plagne, and each time they have bent over backwards to accomodate every single request. They manage to forge great deals with there travel partners,which are then passed onto you as great prices. Especially, chunnel price, accomodation and ski hire package. I would never bother wiht any other travel company for my ski trip, why woulod I?, when they offer simply the best.

We managed to bag a last minute deal online and save £200 although they only seem to offer accomodaiton only, which lowers the cost, but getting cheap last minute flights can be hard work.

There wasnt any snow when we arrive but on the third day is much of snowed 4".

Had a great time and the chalet was close to the shops and ski lifts, just wish we had more snow.
