Being seniors and having our first long haul holiday we weren’t sure what or how to book. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the way we were treated by an agent at Escape Worldwide. After having changed our dates and destination we were treated so professionally and had all the help needed. Everything went smoothly, the flights from Stansted on Emerates airbus changing at Dubai before going onto Singapore. Met at Singapore airport by a lovely man in his Mercedes and taken to the hotel. The hotel was lovely and loved Singapore. Went onto Koh Samui in Thailand and was treated the same travelling there. Stayed at a lovely place and had such a good time.

We were treated and spoilt so will definitely be booking again with Escape Worldwide and recommend them.

Everything went brilliantly with smooth pick ups, transfers and flights.

The Taxi transfers by Relaxed Tours you picked were excellent, picked up on time and kept us informed.

The Hotel Steigenburger Pyramids, Cairo was excellent, great room with Pyramids view. Good location for visiting the pyramids and (when fully open) the new Grand Egyptian Museum just across the road.

Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa location was unbeatable and the hotel itself, grounds and facilities were superb.

Only one complaint was the restaurant service which was not really what you would expect from the Hilton and they really need to get their service sorted. Waiting half an hour sometimes to be served and tables not cleared quickly enough allowing birds to come in and feed any leftovers. Lack of staff actually serving you was the obvious problem. One or two staff members seemed to do all the work ,but couldn't cope when they were busy.

On the service plus side, pool staff excellent providing sun loungers parasols and towels.

Overall an unbeatable hotel for its unique location beside the Nile where you can watch the sun set over the west bank whilst dining or take a Felucca trip. Would still highly recommend and stay there again without hesitation, but shame the service wasn't a little better.

Once again thanks for all your help, which made the trip so much easier. Great choice of Hotels, flights and Transfers.

We used Escape Worldwide for our recent holiday to Singapore and Malaysia and we’re looked after by an agent.

All went perfectly to plan, flights transfers and hotels.

The hotels recommended by agent were first class even if not 5star.

Would certainly use again.

When we first decided to visit Thailand, I looked on the internet and for some reason went into the Escape Worldwide website and I am so glad I did. I emailed the team with an idea of where we wanted to visit etc and was amazed at the lengthy, informative email I received back. We wanted to visit 3 locations and she suggested hotels for each one varying from from 3* to 5*. She also gave a description of each one and it's location. We were sending emails back and forth for about 5 months and we always received a reply the next day if not the same day. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything went like clockwork and apart from the main outbound and inbound flights, they also arranged an internal flight from Bangkok to Phuket and minibus or taxi transfers to and from the hotels. From Phuket we went to Phi Phi Don Island for 2 nights which involved a minibus and boat ride. We just forgot about our luggage, as it was automatically tranferred with us everywhere we went. On leaving Phi Phi we were looking round to see if our luggage had been collected from our bungalow and we were told it was already on the speedboat that was waiting to take us back to the marina. Amazing.

I would definitely use Escape Worldwide again and would highly recommend the team to anyone thinking of doing a long haul holiday.

We recently returned from a holiday in Thailand which we booked with Escape Worldwide at fairly short notice. Karen was extremely helpful with regards giving us advice on what was to be our first visit to Thailand. She was instrumental in ensuring we chose the most suitable venues/locations for what we planned to do. Based on her own experience in Thailand she was well-placed to discuss our best options and steer us in the right direction. She emailed us detailed information and nothing proved too much for her. We stayed at The Rembrandt Hotel in Bangkok, Kantary Hills in Chiang Mai and Kantary Bay in Phuket and had a brilliant time at all three. Thank you for being so attentive Karen and for pointing out relevant factors in advance of our final decision-making.

My partner and I dealt with Karen at Escape Worldwide for our recent holiday to Kenya. We wanted a short safari in Kenya and then a week on the beach. I found Escape Worldwide to be really knowledgeable and it was clear that Karen had been to Kenya before. She recommened a great 5 night safari, call the Kili Safari followed by a week in Mombasa at the lovely Indian Ocean Beach Resort.

Somak Holidays, who Escape Worldwide booked the holiday with were also great and our driver on safari, Dennis was really knew his stuff, and we saw some much wildlife. The highlight was probably the Cheetah Family we can accross on a morning game drive.

I really want to go on safari again!

Used Escape Worldwide for my honeymoon in Thailand and it was amazing. They took us to Bangkok and we had a fantasic hotel, with everything on the doorstep. Then to the beach, our own pool villa, I really couldn't believe we could get such a stunning room for such good value!
