I booked 4 tickets from Melbourne to Delhi and found very cheap tickets on Flights master. but after two days they came back saying that those tickets were on a deal and they might not be available on time. When I asked about baggage and nothing was mentioned or not asked while booking, they replied that no baggage allowed on these tickets as they are on deal and asked me to pay for $1500 to add baggage or change airline. the customer care rep was so rude and only put us down by saying that we cannot change or refund the ticket even though the tickets were to issued. Finally had to pay $900 to change the flight with some baggage allowance.

I am baffled because I am end paying more finally. feel cheated. I have decided to write this to make people aware of this and never use them.

Customer service was too rude. Not answering any queries and services. Bad experience with this flight masters.

After booking our flight to Italy in December 2019 I called FlightMaster to secure assigned seats. All was well until earlier this year when our Italy tour and flight was cancelled. I requested a refund of $175.00 from FlightMaster and was told I would get a check by mail. Since then the company is apparently out of business and therefore I am out the $175.00. However, I found through some exhaustive research, the flightmaster.com web sight. I called and spoke with someone whom I could not fully understand. I told him my problem and he promptly told me that his company wasn't the company I wanted but gave me the number of my airline. Our flight was canceled because of the coronavirus. This is a third party reservation company. He then hung without saying bye, kiss my --- or anything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. 

Hi I am Randy, I travel to the Caribbean islands every year to rejuvenate myself. However I have faced many difficulties that travel agents have posed in the past. Flights Masters was a different experience altogether because they genuinely took interest in my travel plans. I was able to get a customized package for my travel plans. I was so glad to find them. Now I am a regular customer of Flights Masters and I have never been happier!
