Dont buy tickets from Flybackindia . Not good customer service and charge me 178 $ extra. Not good customer service once you start asking them question and ask them to resolve issue of extra charges.

They are hidden charges which once you get credit card statement you will come to know that you will be charged for extra amount which is not mentioned to you earlier. I asked specifically to representative and his manager about extra charges while booking it was mentioned me that its total charges of Airline tickets and then once you get ticket charges from Airline then you will come to know that you will be charge for service amount.

i am booking the tickets from flyback india from many years this time i booked the ticket but wanted to cancel it due to tragedy in the family but they refused the refund and explained their company policy , this is the most sorry state of the company and customer relation

in future i will go directly to the airline site and will do the reservations

I worked with the staff member, who was courteous, prompt and very helpful in finding me the best deal on my travel dates for ticket to India. I will book tickets through flyindia in the future.

This is an honest review I would like to share. I and my wife were travelling from Minneapolis to Delhi/Lucknow and back. I talked over with them for 3 days over phone and waited patiently. The representative tried hard as well to get me a good deal. I have to appreciate his efforts.

Following were the results :

1) I saved about $300 for 2 passengers.

2) Delayed by 1 full day, since they told me they didn't have any options for my preferred dates. Later I checked with another agent he was giving me the tickets for the same day.

3) We got a poor flight in return which was 37 hours. The other agent was offering 30 hr return flight.

Later I inquired with another agent he gave me a deal with better timings could have been more comfortable with me. I couldnt have mind to pay a bit more had I got that itinerary. So from my end its a mixed kindo experience as I saved some money too. I would like to give them 3.5 stars.

As a tip to all those who are looking for tickets, dont stick to just 1 agent. Explore all the options and agents. Thanks.

He offered me the best possible deals regarding my flight back to India and very patiently clarified all my doubts regarding the hidden prices and all. Thanks to the person I dealt with, I got my tickets in the peak month of December at a reasonable price. I happened to accidentally come across this website and it proved to be efficient and easy. Was in done in about 30 minutes or less.

The person I dealt with's help and his follow-up for my reservation was excellent, he called me several times to make sure about my booking until the tickets are issued.

I can give him 5 out 5 stars and will recommend him and flybackindia web site to all my friends here in USA. I have used many other web sites before but this site is very helpful and customer service is the best.
