I am Shabana. I had a good experience with Meilleur Holidays and they provided me with excellent service. My Kerala trip with Meilleur Holidays was an awesome experience! Their well-planned itinerary, excellent accommodation, and comfortable transportation made the trip stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Meilleur Holidays to anyone planning a trip to Kerala or any other destination they offer.
Meilleur Holidays provided us with an excellent Kerala tour package for our family. The itinerary covered all the must-visit places in the region, including Munnar, Thekkady, and Alleppey. The accommodations provided were top-notch, and the transportation was comfortable and safe. Meilleur's team was very helpful and professional, always ensuring that we had everything we needed and that the Kerala tour packages for the family went smoothly.
One of the highlights of our trip was the houseboat stay in Alleppey. Meilleur had arranged for a private houseboat, and the experience was incredible. We got to enjoy the beautiful backwaters of Kerala and relish delicious Kerala cuisine on board. Overall, our family trip with Meilleur Holidays was a fantastic experience that we will cherish for a long time.

at the travel agency they wer helpful, but when we arrived on our holiday the rep didnt show up, when she finally arrived she didnt even apologies she just got back on her coach.

RUBBISH! they sold us everthing we didn't want. everything we requested was no where around. mr and my friend went on holiday to Turkey and it was by far the worst holiday i've ever had. trying to complain about the holiday is also a nightmare, the company and staff aren't helpful. i've wrote complaint letter which they keep losing.

I cant believe what some people have said about Airtours weddings being poor rated, I had a perfect wedding. The wedding co-ordinator was more than helpful and the photos where lovely. Could not fault Airtours and say that I would advise anyone to use them for a fantastic wedding. Some things cost extra but the travel agent explained this to me.

We Booked A Holiday To Madeira In April. The Agent
We booked a holiday to Madeira in April. The agent assured us of a sea view room but as the invoice by post did not mention it I asked for confirmation in writing. I had to ask repeatedly over four weeks, the lady was evasive, promised to phone and email, finally she said she had sent a confirmation by email from the hotel. Clearly not an email from the hotel, spelling and grammar by someone barely literate but as we were leaving next day I accepted it. On arrival, the hotel said that we had not received a call or email from Going Places or the package firm, that this was not an email from them and that we would have to pay a surcharge.
I will not use Going Places again.
I had an almost identical experience with Going Places. Promises made at original booking, no written confirmation, lots of phone calls, and finally they claimed they didn't make those promises.
I Have Only Used Going Places Once And Will Not Us
I have only used Going Places once and will not use them again. Their level of customer service is negligent and borders on deception. Five months ago the Going Places Wigan branch window advertised $100 on board credit per adult for a Caribbean Cruise Oct 07. My friend and I were drawn to the advertisement and spent 3 hours (with two young children in tow) booking her family and my family on this holiday. We were both assured that the $100 per adult on board credit from Going Places would be honoured as well as the $100 on board credit per person that we had been allocated by Princess Cruise Line from our previous Caribbean cruise in Feb 06. The sales girl confirmed and authorised the two credits, totaling $200 per adult for both families, with the manager in the office on the day. We were told the confirmation would be posted forthwith. Five months down the line we still haven't had confirmation. Despite numerous telephone calls, we must have spent at least £60 on calls, the sales girl is either on her day off, sick, busy with another customer or just doesn't return the call. When we do get through to the sales girl she is constantly whining that she has done her job BUT (there is always a but) there are problems with the post. The manageress has moved on, the new manageress has been told but she is busy managing some thirty other plus shops. There are no managers available, they won't give a forwarding address to write in to complain. It is Princess Cruises' fault, the shop is closing and the staff are left to cope on their own etc.
The enthusiasm for this holiday has gone, we are fed up of being lied to and fobbed off, we asked for our deposit back. Guess what, we are told that we cannot have it, even though Going Places have broken the contract. Five months down the line, we are still no where near to sorting it out. The only option we have is to spend more money taking the matter to the small claims court in order to bring matters like this to the attention of the public who pay good hard earned money for a service promised but not always delivered. Armed with information like this, would you trust Going Places with your money. Summary: Going Places staff misinform and don't deliver the service promised.

I Booked A 2 Week Holiday In Cephalonia 5 Years Ag
I booked a 2 week holiday in Cephalonia 5 years ago. What Going Places didn't tell us was how scruffy and awful our apartment was for the money we were paying. We were also vastly misled when it came to distance to the beach from the apartment. Going Places said it was 5 minutes walk away, but it turned out it was 20 minutes walk. 10 - 15 minutes drive by taxi, and we were on top of a hill/mountain, therefore nowhere near a beach.

My Family And I Have Been Booking Our Holidays Wit
My family and i have been booking our holidays with Going Places since 1992 and would never consider going anywhere else. The staff are great and very helpful. They have very competitive prices on holidays abroad and you can get everything you need for your holiday eg flight tickets, currency, car parking, travel insurance and car hire all in one place which is great.
