When I booked, the web site made it seem like I was booking directly with the hotel. They charged me $838.44 but the hotel was only paid $605.74. It looks like they took my reservation and then made the actual reservation via Expedia and pocketed the difference. I never would have known if the hotel staff hadn't said my reservation was actually made through Expedia and I asked for a receipt which showed they were paid far less than I had paid.

Never book through this site.

BE CAREFUL! I booked a Canadian hotel, from within Canada. I thought I was on the Abercorn Hotel's website, but I was fooled by the format. I didn't realize at that time that prices (unlike other websites) were listed in US dollars. Afterward, I searched the site and found a small "USD" sign in the top margin, above the header. The price, when converted to CDN dollars, was certainly higher than the going rate for the area. I phoned HotelsOne after the fact, but the rep seemed to have her hands tied about any adjustment.

I needed to change my booking due to a medical appointment. When I called their contact number twice both customer service people could not manage to phone the hotel to confirm the change of date was ok. I had spoken to the hotel only 5 minutes before via phone. Upon mentioning this they asked for the number. Find if hard to believe that you can book people into a hotel you have no contact details for. by the time they managed to get hold of the hotel it was booked out. We had to then spend another $360 booking an alterative place.

I have been booking hotel rooms through HotelsOne for a long time now and I have no complaints. Once money was deducted by hotelsone.com after I paid in cash at the hotel but it was then refunded within 15 days of complaining.

Loved it, I used this website to book my hotels on my last trip to Alicante Spain, it was easy and I got the best prices. Totally recommend it.

I used this site every time I have to travel and they do have the best deals. I have not had any issues with them and I would recommend others to this site. You pay once you get to the location and you have plenty time to cancel if possible.

Relatively easy to book. Better explanation of options as to room and why different rates would be nice
