Very disappointed. After checking with the BA website it was cheaper with them than the Just the Flight cost. I would have thought that JtF would automatically check that cost as well. This is not a serious business model and is very disingenuous.

I was a little hesitant to book my flights to the States with justtheflight.com having read the reviews, but I needn't be. Everything was perfect!

Bought ticket advertised as $617. By the time payment processed, it price had jumped to $895. When calling to file a claim about the price not being what I agreed to, I was told I could pay a one-time cancellation fee. After I argued this being an issue on their end, I was conveniently transferred to the billing department who wasn't in office. ...After calling back 2 more time and being hung up on, I finally reached them the 3rd time, and talked to a new guy, who told me I would have to file a claim that would take 3 days or cancel within 24 hours for a $75 fee... Their fees were quite inconsistent among the reps. After arguing about that, I was finally granted a one-time fee of $19.99 for my flight. ...to pay for them running a shoddy operation! Ugh! I WILL NEVER use this service again and I WILL NOT recommend it to anyone else. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

Have again used Just The Flight for my trip to Australia. The selection and range of flight options is very easy to follow, detailed and self explanatory. The cost has always been appreciably cheaper than booking with the airlines direct with no difficulties whatsoever. Efficiency is first class and post booking information is provided. In the several times used I have never had cause for complaint. Recommended without hesitation.

Just run from them, they are awful. On they website I was buying two tickets, for me and my wife. It look all good till I processed payment. It booked only my ticket then I wend back to book my wife ticket and they were gone. I called customer service (they all have a strong Hindu accent and it was hard to talk to them)and no help there. I had to cancel my ticket and pay $250 fee in order to buy other tickets for me and my wife on the same planes. Run, run and run!!!

Against my better judgment, I ignored all the bad reviews and booked our main family holiday flights with this company. 4 days after the booking was made I received an email advising of changes to the itenery!

Clearly unimpressed, I called the company to try and cancel my booking and was informed that the flights are non-refundable!

Now here's the important bit, according to UK law the 7 day cooling off period does not apply to items such as airline tickets. As such they have you by the short and curlys and can make changes at any time without prior notification! So before you book your flights check if they are refundable or non refundable, and if possible book at source ie with the airline company directly. Sadly I only have myself to blame for not following my instinct in the first place! Next time I will avoid this company at all costs!

They have canceled and re-scheduled my flights (even I brought for business class) 4 times!!! They even treat their business clients like this, so now you can imagine what it will be like to the ordinary passengers. And of course their customer service people are quite rude and are unwilling to help the clients to solve the problem and blame everything to the airlines.  

They gave no explanation nor compensations for whatsoever. It is amazing this company can still operate without getting bankrupted. This is the worst booking company I have ever seen. Be aware....don't waste your time & money on this company.

I booked a flight for me and my friend to Sri Lanka at this site because it was the cheapest I could find.

I triple checked all the information I filled in the booking form to be sure there are no problems with that.

To my dismay, I received an email an hour later, that my booking was simply cancelled due to "too many inconsistencies" and with a wonderful advice: "Please try to rebook using a local travel agent."

Oh well. If they don't want my money, they won't get them.

My experience of booking with Just the Flight was a good one. The first outbound flight choice I had was cancelled, but the second choice worked just as well. I booked a return flight to South Africa with them. All done over the internet. I only rang them once and the guy was very helpful and friendly.

Flights worked well, no hassles at all.

I would book with them again.

Used them before no problem.

this time they had to have a copy of my passport as i dont have scanner and they wouldnt accept a fax couldnt carry on with the booking so used opodo instead instant confirmation no problem (manchester to bangkok flights)
