Don't book with these! My father booked a trip to pakistan, 3 weeks ago,, we did not receive confirmation! ever since the travel agent has not been picking up his phone, I then emailed him from my own phone, and then I received a call, he then had said he's been off due to "Covid". He has been ignoring me ever since and not been replying! Avoid this company. They will be reported to ATOL aswell as local authorities

We were put into an awful hotel in Malta. Other guests reported the hotel to the Malta health authorities and it was so bad that we booked in elsewhere for New Years Eve so we could have a good night. Kwik Travel have been very dismissive of our complaints. They even seemed to make us feel it was all our fault. Many if not most of the other guests found this hotel very poor.

I very rarely take the time to write a review but if this helps anyone then it will have been worth it. I booked a holiday via Kwik Travel to Orlando having seen it advertised at £379 on travelzoo (great offer) for acocmodation, car hire and flights. I called kwik travel and they said they didnt have the date i wanted but they did have the same deal on different dates. I therefore booked it and received my documents later in the post. When i got to the US the hotel had no record of any reservation. I therefore had to pay for my stay. When i contacted kwik travel they said that option with the hotel was extremely limited (i.e just to make people call them) and they hadnt booked me accomodation despite me phoning about the offer with accomodation. Further more it was my fault as i hadnt checked the documents (which i had done for correct names, dates etc just never suspected they wouldnt have booked the accomodation i called about). They did not offer any compensation or even a voucher for a future holiday and therefore this may have to be sorted out in a small claims court.

Thank you Tracie for booking our holiday too Meeru and helping it to be a holiday of a lifetime. Meeru surpassed all our expectations. The Island was idyllic. Accommodation was exceptional (Beach Villa) food five star and we would one day like to return. Tracie supplied all the information we needed for this holiday including flights and accommodation. Her travel experience was greatly appreciated. Will look to book with Tracie again.

We booked a all inclusive holiday via Kwik Travel (Jade Pugh) going to Egypt. Specified we wanted a 5* resort as we were going for a special occasion, and was rest assured it was. Explained we didn't want in-flight meals. We were told this would be deducted from our total bill.

Whilst onboard, we were served in flight meals.

Upon arriving at our resort, the resort had 4* advertised everywhere.

We complained to Kwik Travel (Jenny Cawley) who said it IS a 5* resort. I have since checked online and it is not.

After trying unsuccessfully in trying to get a hotel and flight to Funchal Madeira, for just after Christmas (in order to see the New Year in over there), I eventually came across this company, who were advertising flight departures and accommodation at our 5* hotel choice Pestana Casino Park, located in extremely close proximity to the town of Funchal itself. Spoke to a really nice gentleman by the name of Craig, who was extremely courteous, helpful and professional in all that he did, whilst taking down my reservation details. Since making the reservation, I have had to contact Craig, (as my elderly father, who is part of the booking, had a few queries relating to special requests and documentation). If Craig was unable to initially take my call, he returned it promptly and never more than 10 minutes later. On each occasion at the end of the call, Craig has given his assurances, that should we need any further assistance, we should not hesitate to contact him.

I do realise my review is only based on my experience so far with making the booking as obviously we havent, as yet, taken our holiday, but thought I would mention the initial impression had, especially from Craig the representative of Kwik Travel.

Once we have received the tickets and documentation, as well as having been on the holiday, I will re-submit another review, of which I hope, will be equally positive as this one.

I booked with Freddie at kwik travel through teletext holidays for the sharm plaza, everything was excellent, the transfers were there to meet us as we had arranged, the all inclusive was excellent.

I would recommed Kwik travel to anyone

i recently booked a holiday for my wife and two young kids to turkey in june and found kwik, very efficient, polite and got a fab service. they found my holiday £70 cheaper than anyone else. definatly use them again

Got a a fantastic summer holiday deal 2009. Spoke to a lovely lady called Leslie, whom was most helpful. Didn't get tickets until very last moment, but everything else was fab. Had a great holiday, just a shame i cant get the same deal this year!

Tried to book a holiday with Kwik Travel off teletextholidays.co.uk to Egypt. They were advertising a holiday to the Sharm Resort (Red Sea Hotel property) and they told me that the advertised price was via Barcelona and that for a direct service was over 100 pounds more. I knew it was not true as I have stayed at this hotel before and Red Sea Hotels who own the proprty only sell it with there own direct flights. The advertised price was just to lure you in to ring then they do everything they can you make you pay more. On 3 different advertised dates to the same property I was given one excuse after another why the cost was so much more that I would never trust this company, and when I tested them out by telling them I would take the indirect flight, they suddenly could not take my booking. AVIOD THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
