We had to pay again for our room - fortunately the hotel were able to give us a discount. We will be trying to make a claim through our travel insurance.

They Don T Care Low Cost Beds

used this company in January 2016, for a holiday to Benidorm, Hotel Magic Crystal Park-the worst holiday and hotel i have ever experienced , whoopee might be cheap holidays , but make sure you check out the hotels they are offering you, my hotel was changed three times in the space of two weeks before i departed, had to print paperwork off three times. The Hotel was out of the Adams Family tv series, the food (all inclusive was dire) ended up in the hospital in Benidorm for two days, the staff were rude and un helpful, the hotel was not clean- if you are booking a holiday use one of the big holiday companies ie: Thomas Cook or Thompson, at least you will be safe and you will have a holiday rep in the resort-( Cheap Cost Holidays - Low Cost Beds - Hotel Magic Crystal Park) Never ever again, i would rather pay extra and go with the big holiday companies and enjoy my holiday, not have it ruined.

2 Star Dump In Maspolomas Gran Canaria Oasis Club

This hotel has bungalow apartments they are more like prison cells and food was disgusting this place was booked via super escapes travel when we arrived to what we thought should have been a three star hotel turned out to be a 2 star all inclusive and the first thing we did was to contact lowcost beds on the emergency number on the accommodation voucher the person who we spoke to refused to give his name and abruptly told me to contact the travel agent and did not give any help at all even the travel agent gave us the same reply contact lowcost beds again as they are the supplier of our accommodation and if we leave the hotel there would be a cancellation charge both these companies are a disgrace to the travel industry so beware don't get caught out use a reputable company or travel agent once you have paid they don't want to know and should be classed as rouge traders. To all who have dealings with either of these companies do your own homework on any accommodation or hotels you want to book cheap deals is what you pay for is what you get don't be duped if you think it's a bargain check it out ?

Watch Out For Hoteling . Com

I booked 4 nights accommodation at a hotel via one of Low Cost Beds agents , " Hoteling" , every thing was fine & confirmed by the hotel .

Prior to my arrival I made another booking with Hoteling at the same hotel for two weeks later , this time for 5 nights.

There is a bug in their system , it ignored the dates I entered & defaulted to the dates of my first schedualed visit.

This meant I had two rooms booked for the same period.

Have been in communication (email) with Hoteling for over a week , I simply want to change the date of the second booking , this is more painful than pulling teeth.

Hopefully this will be fixed before I leave.

The message here is , if yr making a reservation either on line or via a travel agent find out who they are using to make the booking & if it's Low cost beds then walk away , use someone else even if it cost a little more

Accommodation Not Book

We arrived in Mexico on 3 August 2015 after booking our holiday through Purple travel, it was not until we printed vouchers for flights etc that we realised that the accommodations was in fact booked through Low cost beds. However we were not alarmed by this as the voucher confirmed out payment. On arrival at the hotel they could not find our booking but as we had produced that voucher they honoured our room. The following evening we were summons to reception to be told that our accommodation had not been booked and as the hotel was full we had to leave immediately. We were dumbfounded as, by this time it was 10pm and we had a small child with us, we could not phone the travel agent as it was the middle of the night in the UK. Luckily the concierge took pity on us and help us find alternative accommodation. this proved difficult as it was high season (August) and most hotels were fully booked. We then had to pay for the night we had stayed, taxi to hotel and 13 nights accommodation, which amounted to £3000. When we tried to phone purple travel the following day they promised the relevant person would call us back, they did not nor did they contact us the following day when we tried to call, nor did they return pour email. On arrival back in the UK purple travel informed us that Low cost beds were at fault, we have been back and forth with email and they will only reimburse the original cost for accommodation which was £1800, which is a joke as we are now £3000 out of pocket and thats is want we expect to be refunded. No explanation as to why the accommodation was not booked, no appology for the stress caused. Still at logger heads.

Do Not Use

I booked a hotel through Travel Republic a month ago. I received an e-mail last week stating that the supplier, Low Cost Beds, had booked the wrong hotel. Over this last week I have not been notified of any update but have had to chase Travel Republic to find out what is happening. So far, the matter has not been resolved and I currently have no details on where I am staying in a few days time. I have tried Low Cost Beds but because I didn't book directly with them they are refusing to talk to me. I have also been notified by ABTA that because Low Cost Beds are registered in Switzerland they are not subject to EU trading regulations.

I Am A Travel Agent - Avoid At All Costs

As you can I am a trade partner of Low cost beds and far and away they are the worst bed bank/supplier out there. They are constantly changing hotels, send you a hotel change which we didn't see and then left out of pocket for it. They don't have the courtesy to pick up the phone. There customer service is non existent and I would urge all direct customers and trade to avoid this sham of a company.

Booked In January 2014, Paid In Full And Had The C

Booked in January 2014, paid in full and had the confirmation few days later, a holiday using EasyJet Holidays, not knowing that Low Cost Beds are involved.

6 month after, aprox 1 week before departure, Low Cost Beds told me the hotel is overbooked and I have to choose from not going and loosing all the money or to accept another hotel which was totally unacceptable.

We've argued for 5-6 days and with 2 days before my departure I've succeed to push them in booking me a hotel next to my initial hotel.

Next time when I'll book something I'll make sure Low Cost Beds are not the accommodation agent.
