I booked a flight on this site because it was the cheapest fare I could find for the flights I wanted. I should have read the reviews first, but I didn't. Once I started reading them I got frightened, thinking I had been scammed. In reality everything worked out fine. When I booked, I received an email indicating that the airline would have to approve the booking, and once that came through I would be notified. That hadn't come within 12 hours, so I called Low Cost Airlines. The guy on the phone was very friendly and helpful. He looked up the booking and told me that I would have the confirmed reservation, by email, within half an hour. Only minutes later, he called me back to let me know that the confirmation had taken place, and he had sent me the email. Sure enough, it had come in. I was still nervous, especially because the airline website wouldn't accept the booking reference number. Luckily, the airline has an office here, and I decided to go directly to their office. They were also very helpful and, sure enough, the reservation was in their system and confirmed. Lowcostairlines.com had done their job. The airline then helped me with seat assignment, meal choice and hotel booking for a layover. I should have asked Lowcostairlines.com about all that, and because I didn't I can't comment on how they would have handled it. China Southern Airlines office staff was 100% helpful and efficient. All in all, though it was a nervous experience, everything is taken care of. Would I go through them again? I am not sure. Perhaps because I now know how they work, I would. It would depend on the fares they offer.

Do not book with them.

After you book the flight, they do not confirm the ticket instantly, rather you wait and wait for another confirmation email from them.

What this means is you are not confirmed on that flight yet until they can negotiate the deal with the airline company.

They never send me an email confirmation or cancellation.

I called in after 48 hours of waiting and they told me that my confirmation is cancelled. The definition of confirmation is an agreed arrangement.

How can you cancel a confirmation ???

then they told me that the price of my ticket shot up 150$

 It is very silly at performance:

After having spent a time to search and complete booking , you are getting "confirmation letter" , which is like regular one, but there is written at small font that it is only " preliminary " -they're like checking your Visa card during 24-72 hours

Than when you contact them, they offer you same ticket but 100usd more and if you refuse , than threatening you with cancelation fee more than 100 USD. All that performed so naive like nobody can catch them .

I am going to report it.

I just found the itinerary that I paid to Lowcostairlines on 08/2016 was just changed and also LCA just purchased the ticket to AmericanAirlines only today 12/25/16

They changed my ticket without any notification and paid to the airline around $500 less than they charged me on 08/2016

Now my new itinerary is delayed with no seats assigned until the airline can do it at last moment

LCA representative doesn't know what it's going on and Had me on hold for an hour trying to resolve the issue

Never ever buy tickets with this agency and will claim to BBB

This website is a fake, I bought the ticket and sent me the confirmation code and payment to be charged, after speaking checking with the airline, no confirmation was found in the airline official website, after lots of calling they told that the ticket is more expensive that they could not validate the price we agreed, Conclusion avoid this website and you will save a big headache and loss of flight date.

I just got off the phone and they told me a great flight between my airport and Mexico. Problem is, when I go to the airlines site there are NO flights between my airport and Mexico. They couldn't seem to understand and wanted all my info. I am reporting to attorney general tomorrow. I sure wouldn't trust this site.

Book a reservation for a flight , they charge me 3 times for one flight , was suppose to get back 2 refunds they gave me back 1, now it is 2 months, they hang up when you call and don't return email. Would never recommend my worst enemy to use their business!!!

better read everything there folks when you are purchasing your ticket...you might get somewhere if one of your family dies...but if they are you know........... ill...doesn't matter... what a bunch of heartless people here. Will never use these services again.... oh and then the touching heartfelt last line..."Is there anything else I can help you with today?" Class all the way!

I called them to purchase a ticket for an additional seat on a flight scheduled two weeks away at 150% the price of the first seat. After taking my information, the told me that they will call me to confirm the reservation with a number. Two hours later, I still have not seen my CC accessed. Yet another hour later, they called me back to tell me that the airline had just increased the price by 180% and that the confirmation was null and void. The did not apologize and simply hung on the phone while expecting me to give them the OK to charge me more. I hung up on them, instead, and awaited until the next day to purchase that same ticket at 110% the price of the original seat.

Last month I was planning a weekend with my friends. I checked out many website but there charges are too high. Then I go through Lowcostairlines, I got flight tickets in very low cost. Also the customer support is very good. I recommend to my friends also.
