Amazing service while trying to claim with a stubborn airline.

We stayed at the Ramada Plaza Hotel on International Drive. The room in the South Tower was quite basic but was cleaned daily and the view was astounding. Breakfast was basic but was enough for us and the kids were really happy with the make your own waffles. The hotel is superbly situated to get to Universal (5 mins) and Busch Gardens (free coach picks you up across the road) and Wet n Wild (next door). The shuttle bus takes you to Disney twice a day and 3 pick ups although the first bus is a little early at 7.30am. Within walking distance there is so much to do you really are in the thick of things ( we didnt even have time to try the pool but it looked nice). The booking and organisation of the whole package was excellent and I would highly recommend.

To begin with we were misled as to which hotel we www staying in in international drive as we wanted the other one to the Westwood boulevard one in which we were booked but they did try and replace us but would cost a lot more so we opted for the originally booked hotel. This hotel was very clean and well looked after as we were extreme I jolly pleased in the end. A fabulous holiday from start to finish. Thank you all and I have also put a full review on tripadvisor

We would just like to say from the start of booking our holiday and til the end we had a fantastic time in Orlando and we stayed at the celebration suites old town which was close to everything and loads to do there We would definitely recommend this to family's.

To plan an intense and expensive holiday for 4 weeks was stressful and I would like to thank the Agent and all the staff at Magic Holidays for their patience and support. This was our first trip to Disney and as advised to us by the Agent, the hotel was exactly as described, information on the parks accurate as well other additional information, informative and helpful. It was great to deal with someone who had actually done it and knew how to explain it. Only negative comment I have was the $4.95 daily admin charge that the hotel charged us on arrival that was not expected although the small print does say there could be additional charges, this amounts to quite an unexpected substantial amount.

After searching a lot of different travel agents and scrolling through in many internet sites I decided go book my holiday with Magic Holidays. My reasons where this. 1. They offered me a great price. 2. There website was easy and clear to use. 3. I knew I had more protection booking my holiday as a package through a Holiday Company. 5. This was a British Company with a great reputation. & 6. I would have a nemed member of staff that would be looking after my account. I could contact them directly with any questions I may have ( and I had plenty to ask) I am very pleased with the service and advice I recieved. The Hotel they reccomended was more than what I expected and I found that to be the case with every aspact of the whole expierence. I would recommend Magic Holidays to anyone. A great company with great staff. Keep up the good work.

Having not heard of magic holidays before we were abit worried about booking with them, I read some reviews online and they looked to be genuine. The £2000 saving was a big push in the direction of booking with magic compared to other leading online travel agents. I decided to call up and speak to a "human" so I could ask a few questions to reassure myself this was an ok company. I was very satisfied with the call and paid my deposit. I was all plain sailing for there, I deal with a lovely lady and any time I had a question I could just drop her an email and I had the repy the same day. They were great at giving us quotes for all the other holiday extras eg car hire and park tickets. The flights were just as good as we expected and the accomidation was perfect just what we planned. This all added to the fantastic holiday we had creating lots of magical memories. All in all I would say we had an excellent experience with magic holidays and will look at using them again.

We booked with Magic Holidays for the first time and everything about the whole booking process and holiday was perfect.Having never holidayed in Florida before we were unsure of where to stay but with the assistance of a very helpful advisor, who patiently listened to our wishes and requirements, we were offered several holiday options to look at before making our decision.

We decided on two weeks at the Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa with intermediate car hire and park tickets. The whole holiday was very competitively priced and much cheaper than the bigger tour operators’ prices. We could not have hoped for better accommodation, the two bedroom suite was spacious, clean and in an excellent location for all the parks. The car was just what we wanted and picking up the car and dropping it off at the airport was so simple. We had several questions in the weeks leading up to going away and whenever we contacted Magic Holidays they were only too happy to help. The Magic team were professional, polite and patient throughout and they would also suggest places to dine and attractions to visit on our holiday which all turned out to be great choices. We would highly recommend using Magic Holidays and will definitely be booking with them again.

When I first got my quote from Magic, I was really unsure as it was so much lower than other companies, however we went ahead and I'm so glad we did. The service from first enquiry through to departure has been really great, e-mails always quickly responded to and all the staff I have dealt with have been helpful, but never pushy.

Mystic Dunes resort where we stayed was recommended by Magic staff and more than lived up to the recommendation. I was expecting budget for the price, but got luxury!

I would strongly recommend Magic Holidays to anyone looking for a Florida holiday. They were knowledgeable and helpful and delivered us a great holiday at a fantastic price.
