NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Booked tickets as on Kayak it showed price for £300 less then next company, so I booked and paid full amount - around 15 days I tried to get tickets I called a few agents and customer support but no one could give me a proper answer to simple question - where is my ticket?

After 15 days I reached one agent and he told that my tickets price is has grown for £350 and so if I want to book it I need to pay that amount if not I will need to pay some penalties and something something together + £600 for cancelation.

PS I think they'r office is somewhere in India as every agent I reached where with accent and could slightly understand me when I asked about BBB or ASTA.

Next time I will check reviews before buy!!

I can honestly say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Use them at your peril!

My last call to (so called) customer services asking why the airline does not show a missing flight was met with yawing ( I could hear them), all questions asked at least three times (was he sending texts whist online to me?). I was told to listen and it was all OK, this is not what the airline is telling me. Appalling, never again. I have now learned to book with the airline direct.

Do yourself a favour and never go here.

I have booked a flight on one of the comparison website sold by this travel agent. Due to a plan change I had to cancel the flight. The airline company told me I was entitled to claim the tax refund and to contact the travel agent. When done I have been hanged up 2 times by the customer service. Finally an agent told me I wasn't entitled without providing a supportive legal reason. He just mentioned few misleading lines in the T&Cs which contradict other T&Cs statements and didn't answer about a missing key information at the time of the booking. Never again buying a ticket flight with them nor any other travel agent. They always argue they won't refund anything when instead we are in the right of. Will contact a legal service now.
