Holiday : Mirador Splendour hotel was totally awesome. well worth the money. The food , absolutely no complaints there was something for everyone to enjoy. Always bringing out fresh food so you know it's not been left lying to dry out. Champagne breakfast each morning if you wanted it!

Our room was cleaned every day. fresh towels daily also.

Had no problems with booking holiday ,getting emails and then final details sent in plenty of time.

I have used Querty previously and enjoyed my holiday.

I've always wanted to go to Italy and when I saw the deal on Travel Zoo for Qwerty Travels trip to Sorrento I thought it looked a great price. Sorrento a place we had heard from family and friends to be a lovely place to go on holiday. We discovered just before we left when looking at bus transfer times from the airport our hotel address was not actually in Sorrento and it would only take us 35mins to get there when Sorrento was actually 1 hour 15mins away. This really surprised us and was not where we thought we had booked. 45mins by road to somewhere we thought we had booked to go was not acceptable. It was never classed as Sorrento. We got dropped off in c/mare di stabia and found our way to the Hotel Stabia. Very underwhelming from the outside and the area was run down, dirty and noisy. We got to our room and we had 2 windows on to the main busy very noisy street. 2 shutters were on the windows to try keep the noise out but then the room was in complete darkness, no enjoying the sun for us. We asked if we could move room but were told the hotel was fully booked. We then figured out how to get to Sorrento for the evening by train. Sorrento was what we'd imagined and we went in every evening because there were no nice places to go to eat or drink and it felt like in good need of investment, which showed by the barricaded beach that had work been done all on it.

The staff at the hotel were lovely and very accommodating and generally although a little tired the hotel was clean and had a good view of mount Vesuvius. BUT the location was very disappointing and not what was advertised when we bought it. This should not be advertised as a 4 star trip to Sorrento when it's clearly a 3 star trip to a run down town 45mins from Sorrento.

We feel let down by our first booking with Qwerty because of this experience and don't feel confident about booking or recommending them.

Don't book with these people they will say you are getting a good deal pressurise you into booking get your money then charge you extra on top of what they quoted.

Had to ring up several times to get my excess money refunded, and could of got the hotel a lot cheaper elsewhere even though it was suppose to be up to 35% saving

Booking in the wrong name. Confusion of the transfer. We didn't get priority boarding. COULD TRY HARDER.

The booking was very simple, and took only minutes, the details were emailed straight away, no hidden surprises it was exactly what I wanted. The hotel itself I knew would be out of town but was fine for our needs and clean, but the package with the bus and walking tours was perfect

The guy I spoke to on the phone was very informative and enabled me to book the best package for our requirements
