Red Seven Liverpool - Don't Do It!
Read below and make your own mind up
Stayed 2 nights in Liverpool with Red 7. Good points - cocktail making class at Revs and Pleasure Boys Show.
Now for the bad: Dirty stairs leading up to the apartment- seriously we had to step over the remnants of two day old kebab meat.
Floors in the apartment were dirty - we were stepping on the last people that had stayed there's hair cos it hasn't been swept.
No curtains so light really early
No wardrobes or drawers, seriously you couldn't unpack cos there was no where to leave your clothes
One mirror for 12 of us.
One bathroom/shower/toilet for 12 of us.
Great location as long as you are not planning on sleeping before the last bar shuts (4am on Fri and 5am on Sat) but don't think you'll sleep then cos then the bin lorry comes round.
Butler in the buff turned up steaming - he fell over twice, almost fell asleep on the sofa and was more interested in checking social media. It was so bad it was comical - until you remembered that we had paid good money for it.
All in all if you are happy with the above you will have a good time. If not, book yourself a decent hotel and give this a swerve.
Hen Do Cardiff
Brilliantly organised by red seven they rolled with any changes and took the stress out of collecting money. Great life drawing class. Couldn’t fault the whole weekend

Hen Do To Barcelona
I booked with Red7 for my hen do to Barcelona for 18 people. From start to finish Red7 have been helpful and friendly and always checking in with me. It was so easy to set up and pay monthly and there is a huge choice of activities. We booked the icebar, a catamaran cruise and cocktail making class! The cruise was fab and the cocktail class was amazing, I would definitely recommend the activities and the company. Thank you for making my Hen do an unforgettable experience.
It Was My Hen Doo On Saturday We Booked The Dreamb
It was my hen doo on Saturday we booked the Dreamboys at the London Venue. The venue changed the day before which was a nightmare as many had booked the travel lodge next door to your normal venue?? That was bad enough but then it was brought forward by an hour or so you said but it turns out it was even earlier meaning loads of people missed most of the show. We had a day trip booked in Essex which couldn't be changed with you so we had no choice but to rush from there getting dressed on the way. The show was due to start at 7, we managed to get there by 10 past only to be told the drag queen had finished ages ago and the boys were in full swing we were then left to wait outside for 20 mins before being allowed in. The man who greeted us, was rude and was mad that we were late, really? Also when I said we booked via Red7 the response was well what do you expect then. He then told us that there was no where to sit, we would have to stand at the back, great for me who is only 5.1 foot. As we got in they then had a break, so god knows what time they went on stage. I got no sash, no free drinks, no meet and greet, basically got nothing. I couldn't even buy a drink because it was so packed, there was no where to queue. It was awful, my group tried to make the best of it for my sake but it was pointless I was crying before we left I felt I had let everyone down. It ruined our weekend, I have 3 kids so a night out is a rarity that I was really looking forward to. The show finished at 8.30 instead of 9 and then we were told to leave and travel to the after party which was bloody miles away. Start to finish disaster.
A Gutted bride. Even the booking process was a nightmare, my group were charged different prices which led to one of group not coming plus when I called to find out why the venue had changed I was spoken so badly that when they hung up i balled my eyes out.
Appalling Customer Service!
I can honestly say that I have never encountered such an unprofessional company in all of my years of organising and planning events. Red 7 informed our hen party group of a venue/time change for one of our events booked via them ONLY 24 HOURS prior to the event. Whilst we understand that it was the company (Dreamboys) who changed the location and time, the response to the bride to be when she contacted Red 7 was rude, unprofessional and downright disgraceful. Naturally she was upset and very stressed as she had people coming from outside London who had booked hotels near the original venue, and she also had to change the whole itinerary for the day (we had other activities planned) - Red 7's alarming attitude of 'well what would you like us to do about it?' was offensive, sarcastic in tone and unhelpful and did nothing to alleviate the bride to be's stress. At no point was there an apology or offer of a refund or even a goodwill gesture. Quite frankly it took away the shine from what was supposed to be a happy occasion. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs!!!
Hen Weekend To Bournmouth
Amazing every thing was better than expected, customer service from red 7 was brilliant could not have gone better amazing time had by all
Vile Company!
Total shambles from start to finish. Still waiting for answer over a year later!! My sister booked my hen through a incompetent boy who promised private mini bus with champagne on arrival, private area at a bar, free entry at a nightclub and a reservation at a restaurant - NOTHING booked!! We wanted to stay in Marbella but ended up in Espona nowhere near Marbella. Costing us 40 euros per taxi each way! Sent numerous emails and phone calls. Still no answer. A woman blatently lies to you to fob you off. They should be ashamed of themselves! Vile.
Suppliers Beware!!
Red7 may be good for customers, for suppliers however a word of warning...
If you receive a booking made by Red7 take the payment up front, as you are unlikely to be paid by their customers. It's now been six months, all attempts at recovering payment have been met with empty promises, judging by the latest customer reviews on here there may be good reason.
Only A One Because There Wasent A Smaller Option
Invited on a hen do booked through red7 .
Extremely over charged , in organised night .
Only thing that was correct was the hotel , no free entry , no sash , no photos , VIP , a watered down non alcoholic fruit juice witch had been standing for well over an hour , and no dance club certificate . massive disappointment .
Only good thing is that pictures where taken for proof of the shoddy service we received . a refund will be exspect as I have no doubt the rest of the group will be seeking advice from the obusmdan . would highly recomend people to go elsewhere wen considering this company for a special occasion because they have ruin the brides memory of her hen doo .
Totally agree with the comment above a privet night but we expected the best and expected what we was promised on the confirmations. Little did we know that the night wasn't going to go anything as expected. No meet and greet no photos no vip seats for the dream boys no free entry. The only thing which was all correct was the name of the hotel. I know I'm speaking on behalf of the whole hen party when I say how disappointed we was with the service provided before hand we couldn't of been happier but what could of been an amazing night had been sacrificed by something that was considered adequate. An apology and a refund for what we paid for and didn't recieve should be supplied without any problem as any other organisation that took customers money and promised them a hen to remember would live up to their promises and expectations.
Red7, Appalling Company, Better Off Doing It All Yourself!!
They basically take your money and run.
Red7 are infelxible, and everything is made so much more rigid and complicated than it needs to be.
They sent the itinary pack out with venues and times etc only 5 days before the event. When it arrived the times of the activities were not what I was expecting or what I asked for. When i went back to them about this I was met with the unhelpful response of 'you can try to change the times direct with the venue but I very much doubt they will change it for you due to set time slots.' I spoke with the venue direct and there was no problem, they were very helpful.
As part of the package we had also paid £21 for a 3 course meal at a certain venue, but when we arried at the venue they said they had recieved no confirmation from Red7 about our booking and were completely unprepared, with no knowledge of us having already paid. We were given a cobbled together 'set menu' and asked if we had paid £15 for it as they do not do a 3 course meal for £21. We explained that we had paid Red7 £21 doe the meal, which the manager apologised for (!!) and very kindly gave us 2 free bottles of wine as compensation for the poor organisation and overcharging on Red7's part.
Red7 are almost impossible to get hold of, I never spoke with the same person twice, despite being told I would have a personal event organiser assigned to my group.
I could go on and on, but in summary; I would never use this company again. Save yourself time, stress and money by just organising the party yourself.
Hi there,
I'm very sorry to read that you've had such a poor experience with us. We strive to ensure all our customers have the best experience possible at great value for money but it seems we've failed on this occasion.
Can you please email us with your name, booking reference and any further details regarding your weekend so that we can investigate to try to establish what went wrong here and hopefully restore your faith in Red7.
Many thanks
Red7
Q&A
I have booked a stag weekend in Prague through Red Seven but they won't tell me where we are staying, they say I will be told by a rep. on arrival. Should I worry? Has anyone had this experience before, and am I going to be put up in a cockroach infested hell hole?
Hi Matt,
My name is Natalie and I work for Redseven. You must have booked a package that was "allocation on arrival". However, I wouldn't know until I have looked at your booking. Would you like to call in with your booking reference number so I can look into this for you?
We get many reviews from our customers that have been allocated on arrival and I can assure you, you will not be put into some cockroach infested hell hole!!
Please call in and ask to speak to me, I'd be more than happy to help.
Warm regards
Natalie
