I recently encountered a highly disappointing experience with Rehlat when attempting to finalize my accommodation plans for March of this year. Despite making a reservation well in advance, I was shocked to discover that my booking had been canceled in November of last year without any prior notification.

While I understand that cancellations can occur, the lack of communication from Rehlat regarding this significant change was unacceptable.

This complete disregard for customer inquiries and lack of accountability on the part of Rehlat was deeply frustrating and left me feeling abandoned as a customer. As a result of this experience, I have lost trust in the reliability and professionalism of Rehlat, and I will be hesitant to use their services in the future. I urge others to exercise caution when relying on this agency for their accommodation needs, as their customer support and responsiveness leave much to be desired.

Rehlat cancelled out booking for Oct 2023 and still has not refunded the money, 4 months later. We've contacted several representatives and still have not received our money. Will not ever book with them again.

They can't do business; no service and no refund! We booked 2 nights in Kempinski Bali in October 2023 (700$). When we arrived, the hotel informed us that our agent (Rehlat) cancelled the reservations, we were left to are-book again with 1000$. And we never got our refund from Rehlat till now! We keep on contacting them via email, Instagram, ticket, but nothing. They won't even refund us the 700$ that we paid them! Do not use them, we are truing to take legal actions. They don't even bother t respond!

They are taking your money don't deal with them!

I booked with them and during adding card number they increased around 50 USD per ticket and they rejected to return extra deducted money!!

I booked two nights in a hotel in Rio and then canceled the reservation having the right to a full refund....they are disgusting!! Meanwhile the cancellation section wasn't working on the site and I had to do everything via email, since November 28th I've already sent 10 emails and called twice they always reply to wait because they have problems making refund payments etc. (copy paste message). THEY ARE SHAM ARTISTS AND ABSURD MUGGERS!!!! ABSOLUTELY AVOID THEM!!!! I'm proceeding with the complaint and what they deserve!!!

I wanted to book from them a ticket to son who is a minor, after paying the money they sent me the ticket 3 days after the payment day, causing to loose the right of free first 24 hrs cancellation right. Then the booking turned out not to be valid as the airlines did not approve on providing the unaccompanied minor service which is obligatory for below 16 years of age. When I informed rehlat about this many times over emails, they kept saying it is not their fault and they only cancel for fees that is almost half the price of the ticket, stay away from them they are cheap firm that want to take your money only and not help at all

This website is a big Sham & they are cheating their customers.

I booked a ticket from this website on 20th January 2023, but the ticket was not issued and the booking was cancelled. I was supposed to receive a refund for the amount of 1106 AED which was already debited from my credit card.

The email which they sent after cancellation mentioned that payment will be refunded within 15-20 WORKING DAYS (which I feel is unreasonably long time required to return someone’s hard earned money). However, this period is already over, in fact it has been a month now & I have still not received the refund.

I’m calling them daily since last few days, but their call center has just one thing to say: ‘Our team is working on it & you will receive the money within next 1 or 2 working days’. They do not have the courtesy to reply to my emails as well. They also told me that I will receive a call back from their higher management, but never received any call.

I think next option would be to go to the Police to recover my money.

I made a reservation on the hotel and after few days I got a call from Rehlat that said my reservation has been cancelled due to price discrepancy. It has been more than three weeks (as per writing this review) and my refund has not even been initiated. This is my first time dealing with Rehlat and will be the last one for sure!!!

I am still waiting (a month!) for a refund for a hotel booking that was not finalized.

Now they even stopped replying to my e-mails.

 Stay away from Rehlat, I book a ticket from them last week, The price has increased twice while booking, Still I went ahead and paid,.. After payment the booking was not confirmed, I called the customer service, she said it will done in 10 minutes.. I made couple of calls later , the answer was same.. Later I got a mail from that another 270 AED i need to pay to get the ticket. I was'nt ready to pay that since i felt cheated.. I cancelled the ticket and asked for a refund, They say 20 working days to refund.. So they are churning my money for 20 days and then refund??? And refund will take another 5 to 7 days more from the 20th day

Never do a mistake of booking with rehlat. They show lower price on the site and its always high when it comes to payment ....And trust me the worst customer service experience i ever had .....
