I absolutely love my ski holidays with Ski beat, they make everything so simple, from booking, to monthly instalments to make paying easier, through to meet and greet at the airport and chalet.

I have lost count of how many times we have been with skibeat, I have tried other companies and will always go back to skibeat, they are now my number 1 company to use.

Everyone is so friendly (and yes I know its they job to be) but they go above what you would normally expect, and give top class service all the way, down to little things like a packed breakfast for the journey back to the airport.

The staff in resort are knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction and usually have the answer, or know someone who does.

The catering skills are brilliant, ive not had a bad meal, or choice yet, and the included wine with evening meal is always a bonus.

If you are looking for a family feeling company to deal with htese are the people to talk to!

Amazing holiday in Peisey Vallandry with Skibeat! Lovely chalet on the piste with delicious cakes to eat everyday! Sales Team were efficient and helped me decide on the best chalet for me and my partner. Good weather throughout the week and we did plenty of extra activities in the resort including snowshoeing and sledging! Highly recommend! We will be back!

We are a group of 7 skiers, varying ski levels, who have holidayed together for a number of years. Back at the end of January we enjoyed a great week with Ski Beat at the Chalet Jonquille in La Tania. Like most Ski Beat chalets (and I have been to several in both La Tania and La Rosiere) it is well located. Easy and short walk to and from the piste (Folyeres). This chalet has very recently been refurbished to a good standard and is acurately described on their website. Their chefs and hosts are normally all good but and ours for this week were exceptional. Great food which appealed to the diverse range of guests in the chalet and they were so helpful. The chalet is close enough to the heart of the village that it's an easy walk to bars and shops for those who might want a rest day during their ski week. Not only would we recommend it, we are booked to go again next ski season.

The chalet we stayed in was in an ideal location for skiing. All the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, especially the resort manager, Fergus.

The chalet was warm and comfortable and the dinners were very good and varied.

We enjoyed it so much we have already booked the same chalet for our next ski holiday.

We have been to the Plan Peissy chalets three times and this last visit was the best. The chalet host was fabulous and looked after us very well. The food was plentiful and delicious, the wine endless. The chalet was warm, clean, comfortable and the showers / hot water of a high standard. The location is ideal, 100 meters from a lift and a return piste. Also offering a three person room is unusual and suits our party ideally. We should be be booking with Ski Beat again next season if we can get the availability.

The Ski Beat team is good to deal with from start to end of holiday. The office staff know the resorts and chalets well and give good advice when planning. Flights, transfers and accommodation are all well organised and there is real attention to detail. The resort staff are very personable and accommodating and go the extra mile to ensure that all parts of the holiday go smoothly. Overall a great experience.

Stayed in Val d'Isere at the Chalet Cristal 5, booked via Ski Beat. Their customer service was 10/10 and we loved the flowing conversation and the fact they cared regarding some of our criteria. One price included charter flights with BA, transfers and a catered chalet for the whole week (apart from Wednesday evening which is the staff night off)

The Cristal 5 is across the road from the Ski Slopes in Val d'Isere (La Daile) so very easy to get to the gondola or funicular and get straight up the mountain.

The Chalet is nicely decorated, our room had lots of storage and we loved waking up in the morning and standing on the balcony looking out onto the mountain, great way to prepare yourself for some runs in the morning.

The chalet host Kirsty and the resort manager Fergus were very accommodating, cooked some amazing food and had lots of handy tips regarding places to eat and drink in the resort. Nothing was too much trouble for them and Fergus was only a text message away if we needed him.

I'd definitely stay here again and will continue to book my Ski holidays with Ski Beat.

Our chalet host Bromwyn was excellent; welcoming and friendly at all times and really made us all feel at home. Also a great cook, she served up delicious meals whilst navigating food allergies and various additional requests throughout the week! We’ve stayed in a lot of chalets over 30+ years of skiing and Bromwyn and SkiBeat really stood out as the best. The agents who assisted at times during the week were also fantastic and great company.

First holiday after working a season for them and I can't believe how much of disappointment it's been.

Our flight was cancelled which isn't ski beats fault but they told us they're would be a rep ready to meet us and let us know what's happening.

There is no one here for us, no alternative travel arranged, no abomination and no communication. Left stranded at Manchester Airport and we'll miss a day and half of skiing maybe more!

Unreliable.

No refund, no communication, literally ghosted by this company. I have never seen such bad customer service. I can only assume they don’t want repeat business.

Buyer beware, they do not live up up to “book with confidence”
