Worst Experience With A Booking Site
If I could not award any stars, I would.
I have booked a room at a hotel via supertravel and 2 days before the stay my car broke down, not to be fixed until the next week. I have tried to use the refund option as I had no means of transport, however supertravel refused the refund because the request was made more than 24h before my stay.
As I did not want to lose the money I have paid for the hotel, I have borrowed my friend's car and myself and the kids got there in the end.
I have booked this specific hotel purely as it had a pool. In the search engine I have specified that it should have a pool. When we arrived we were advised that the pool is being renovated. It does say so on the hotel's website( which I didn't check before as I have booked through supertravel) and the receptionist has shown me that other booking service websites as booking.com etc show the information as well. Supertravel though doesn't, nor do they state that in their booking confirmation. So you can imagine I was in a hotel with 3 extremely disappointed children as they were very much looking forward to using the pool during our stay.
Needless to say, I had to pay for swimming sessions for 2 days and then return home.
Super is advising that they cannot control the quality of the hotel and they refuse to take any responsibility over the lack of accurate information on their booking site. They refused to refund and their advisors are very unwilling to support. They keep rephrasing the same "use the refund form on your booking" without actually taking into consideration the information they are provided with. If you ask to speak to supervisors, they are as unhelpful and basically repeat the exact same things as the advisors as if they're reading from a script. No following e-mails are provided and nobody is willing to provide details about their complaints procedure, you just get given the travel support contact e-mail.
Every time I have asked what the complaints procedure was or contact details for the complaints department they refused to provide this and the chat was terminated.
Absolutely horrid experience, do not pay the extra for the refund option as you will never get refunded.
I will be sure to use more reputable booking services from now on.
Impossible To Contact If You Have A Problem
Booked a stay in Manchester at the Town House Hotel which in fairness was non Refundable.
I lost my mum a few days before the stay so contacted the hotel to ask whether they could give me a voucher because of the sad nature of the cancellation.
They kindly said they would refund the money to Supertravel but I would need to contact them to organise this.
It proved to be impossible to contact them so I asked the hotel if they could assist. They have tried to sort this for me but Supertravel have obviously decided to keep the money.
Given my bereavement I think this is a shoddy and uncaring way to run a business. Avoid this company at all costs.

spent hours booking their deals ( lowest on websites) but they are not available
On or holiday in Cancun wasted 12 hrs trying to book hotels on 3 different dates Each kept coming back with invalid credit card (EXCUSE) . went to booking paid the correct price which was 50% higher and booked within seconds.
Please be honest supertravel. People are on holiday don't need this stress !!!!

Snaptravel Is Now Supertravel
I never had problems and use them often. If I'm unsure if I will be able to travel I use the cancable room rate and pay a bit more.
When using the code SIMONR99 on the first booking you even get 10% discount on the room rate.
Use At Your Own Risk.
Use at your own risk. SuperTravel books through other third parties (like Expedia), making customer service messy and difficult. There’s no number to call, and you’ll get a different chat agent every time you need help, each of whom may give you conflicting information. Overall not worth the risk and hassle.
In my case, I made a hotel reservation through SuperTravel and realized immediately I had booked the wrong dates (I booked for Oct 29 instead of Oct 22). SuperTravel told me to contact the hotel for help. The hotel told me to contact Expedia, since apparently SuperTravel booked through Expedia. Expedia needed my Expedia confirmation number, which only SuperTravel has. SuperTravel refused to give me this information. I don’t know why. A SuperTravel agent did however commit to helping me amend or cancel my reservation, and told me a ticket had been filed with the amendments team. I reached back out the next day and was told there was no ticket filed and they couldn’t help me. I replied to an email from a SuperTravel supervisor and got no response, and was told by a separate agent my case was closed. As a result of all this I had to make a completely separate booking with the hotel, am out $600, and the hotel has a reservation for the weekend no one will use.
Also when I did book again with the hotel it was the same price as with SuperTravel. So, really not worth it.

The holiday was organised with swift efficiency with easy communication with my contact at Supertravel. Always kept abreast of developments; changes made easily, patiently and effortlessly. Can a complicated trip be organised so seamlessly for 4 people coming and going from different airports , at different times and on different days ? It appears it can. Well done and thank you!
