I bought expensive tickets from this company to Cuba. After paying, the lady informed me that I would have to wait about a month for the tickets. After a month, there were no tickets, so I wrote an inquiry. After a few inquiries and a few days, I received an answer that I had to wait but not to worry because I had already paid and everything was fine. After two months, I received a message that if I wanted tickets, I had to pay an additional £400!!!!!!

Deceived! Booked online. Paid online. Email said booking is being processed and our e:tickets will arrive shortly. Meanwhile, kept getting calls and emails with a more expensive booking. Kept saying no thanks as already booked at a much lower price and waiting for our e:tickets. At no point, did anyone at TheTravelMakers say, the flight we booked was not available and we were being offered a similar one at a higher price. This has not only delayed us another day in finding flights, the flights go up daily, nearer to the time, and we had told family/friends, flight times, arrangements, booked lounges, transfers. Gutted we have been led like this. When I confronted a member of TheTravelMakers over the phone just now, they admitted, it was a sham. A way to get you hooked in, then make you pay more as you are desperate after the 24 hours they suggest you wait for your e:tickets.. I would not use them if they offered what we booked for less now. Trust has gone. The stress of this. Awful company. Going to report them. DO NOT USE!

They are offering a flight from amsterdam to delhi in august for €620 per person. I was so amazed to find this one that i immediatly booked the flight for 3 persons. Within 2 hours i was called by the company that the flight fees that changed and that the prices went up. I now had to pay €2750 (over €900 per person). They said that booking on their website did not quarantee they could offer you the tickets for that price. I ended up cancelling my booking.

Such a sham since it seems like you have a good deal.

We got an excellent deal for our tickets to India this December and really grateful to the person I dealt with at Travelmakers for all his outstanding support with the complete booking process
