Why Are Your Staff So Rude
I recently bought 2 ticket with wise miser and just as a normal phone call to check on the progress I was told in a manner that I consider arrogant and rude to my liking that us customers are being spoken in such a way.I asked him again about the price I paid that it was the correct one and he replied by saying that if I have found a cheaper price I said yes and he said go on and book it then and I said only if I get my deposit back and he replied deposit are non refundable and as I was still talking he said goodbye and hang the phone.:-(

I would like to recommend him to anyone looking for excellent customer service as he went the extra mile to find the ideal tickets for me and my husband, we were very amazed by his patience and service. We called quite late and he was very positive and very calm trying to find us tickets within our budget and also within a limited time frame. We were very satisfied by his service. His managers should be very proud of him and he should be rewarded for his excellent service

Our booking agent should definitely be promoted to a managerial position! I cannot praise him enough for his kindness, patience and high professionalism. My partner who dealt with him is not the easiest person to deal with (understatement of the year) and he replied to the endless queries and requests in a very calm and professional manor without any irritation. He managed to book a flight for my family on the dates we wanted and for about £800 cheaper than all the other travel agents we had contacted. I was concerned about booking with this company after reading a number of negative reviews but my family's outbound trip to Mauritius went smoothly apart from the outbound flight to Paris being delayed due to an Air France airport strike (21 March 16) and the baggage arriving a day late in Mauritius but this had nothing to do with TheWiseMiser. It was purely down to a muddle up with Air France as they had to orient a number of passengers onto a later outbound flight AF460 to Mauritius and logistics obviously forgot to load the luggage. However TheWiseMiser e-tickets were valid and correct. Thank you to him! I will be using your services again.
***A note to TheWiseMiser (branch of Benz Travel) management. I think you would do well to seriously consider giving him a managerial position. His talent although put to good use in his current position could be put to much greater use if he was managing the company not least because he would- I am certain- boost the number of positive reviews in no time at all.*** If you want to contact me to hear my praise first hand you can get my details. Speechless
Didn't think I would find any cheaper flighs, let alone one with the ideal baggage allowance, but through Wise Miser I got both, well under my budget.

The young man who I spoke to was very competent and courteous. He found the information I needed with no problem and booked my ticket with no fuss. I received the emails I should have quickly.

Booked a flight for the agreed fee , paid the deposit , price went up the next day and the price went up a week later.

Do Not Use. Cheats And Liars
I purchased a return ticket, London to Sydney, and was told the return is fully flexible and dates can be changed at no fee, subject to seat availability. I tried to change the ticket and was told by the airline that I was sold a ticket where there is a fee to change. WiseMiser failed to respond to any emails. I had to call multiple times, each time being told they would get back to me. End result, I have to pay to change the flight ticket. DO NOT USE this company

Excellent Personalised Service
I received excellent service from the moment contact was made through to the day after my return, at a good price. The member of staff worked hard to find the best deal for the dates I wanted with very short notice. He was warm, friendly and engaged well with me to determine my needs. He listened attentively and picked up on my concerns and responded professionally. He really made me feel like a highly valued customer and kept in contact throughout to reassure me because I was anxious due to a bad experience with another airline in the past. I will happily and confidently recommend wise miser to anybody and will certainly do all my future flight bookings through you.
