Fantastic All Round Service!
My husband and I have just returned from an amazing holiday in Vietnam organized entirely by The Internet Traveller. Each aspect of our holiday was chosen with care so as to meet our requirements exactly. Miley, our travel expert took ever care to make sure the holiday was tailored to our specific needs, including transfers, hotels, flights and excursions. It was our first wedding anniversary and so we wanted it to be perfect.....and it was! We are already thinking about next years holiday and once again Miley and The Internet Traveller will be our first port of call. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Hawaiian Adventure
Just back from an amazing holiday on Kona, Maui and Oahu, Hawaii. Three really different islands. Kona ( Big Island) is a must if you want to see an active volcano but be prepared for a very long day in a minibus. Its a full 12 hours but you are spoilt with amazing views of the volcano. You get to see the crater during the day which is quite impressive but at night the red plumes of smoke are awesome. The lava tube walk through is a must and if gory tour guide is good the he will take you to hidden gems on the old lava flows. The island has every climate from desert through rain forrest to perm frost! We stayed at the Sheraton Kona resort. Its a bit tired but in a good location. Don't book the Manta Ray snorkel trip as the rays come right up to the hotel restaurant every night around 9pm, attracted to the spot lights.
A short 30 minute hop across to Maui. Great beaches, wonderful lush rain forrest. We stayed at the Royal Lahaina resort. DONT have a cottage! Book the tower, beautiful ocean views. The sunset cruise was great, lots of fun, good food and drink, and sunsets to take your breath away. The Molokini snorkel adventure was fun. 2 stops and on the second stop we had giant turtles swimming with us for ages! We did the tourist thing and drove the highway to Hanna. Awesome road, 600 plus hairpin bends, 50 single track bridges, through some of the densest rain forrest, past stunning waterfalls, beautiful black and golden beaches.Although your told to stack up on food and fuel before you leave, its not necessary as there are plenty of food and fruit trucks on the way and fuel in Hanna. If you have a 4x4 go past Hanna and round the bottom of the island. Its an unmade road for a few miles but the views are spectacular.
Another short hop across to Oahu. Prepare yourself. Life gets busier. We stayed at the Pacific Beach hotel on Waikiki. Got an ocean front room which was excellent. I so miss waking up to that view. Waikiki is very commercialised and busy. Lots of high rise hotels and designer shops. But great bars and restaurants likes Dukes and Roys. The Pearl Harbour trip is an obvious must but be warned, on some days if the water is a but choppy, they cancel the crossing to the Arizona memorial. Then all you have is a museum!! We did a shark dive. It was fantastic. You are taken by minibus to the north shore and out on a boat. It can be a little rough. About 3 miles out you link to a floating cage and basically put yourself in it! You are surrounded by Galapagos and Reef Sharks. Within inches of you! A real memory. We need the trip with a 45 minute Helicopter tour with Blue Hawaii helicopters. Fantastic! Worth every penny. Im sure the choppers on the other islands are good but this is excellent and if you go for the EcoStar ( a bit more money) but everyone has a great window seat.
All in all probably one of the best holidays we have done.
Honeymoon
I was told about internet Traveller for 2 center holidays , I was looking for honeymoon vacations . I got in touch about Dubai n Mauritius two center , we were told a price and it fitted our budget perfectly . from start to finish everything was perfect , arriving at the Fairmont the palm in Dubai took our breath away , beautiful hotel and attention to detail then to go onto Mauritius was again breathtaking
Excellent And Proffesional
We recently traveled to New York, Clearwater and Orlando all arranged by Internet traveler, it was stress free and they arranged and advised everything from the flights to nice hotels, hire car and excursions. Everything went without a hitch. We will defiantly use them again.
Great Value And Lovely People!
My husband and I went away on our first holiday without the children and thanks to the internet traveller it was a fantastic, stress free experience.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, and I really felt we couldn't have got a better deal anywhere else. Soldeu is a great ski resort and we can't wait to return (with children next time!)
I would certainly recommend them to friends and I already have!
Exceptional Service
From start to finish of booking this holiday my agent was just perfect. The process was difficult when the dates for the Grand Prix were changed at the last minute and when I contacted Tash it was sorted out proficiently and professionally in double quick time! I felt looked after and all of my expectations were met. The hotel was recommended to me and it was perfect, the flights were ideal for my needs and the transfers were also arranged were on time and spotless cars and very friendly drivers on both occasions. I cannot give enough praise for how this holiday was booked, I was advised where to stay and nothing disappointed me. I would not hesitate to always use them again and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone they book through Internet Traveller. The upgrade again was recommended to go Club and it was so worth it, the food service and standards were exceptional and we were thoroughly spoilt by all the staff at the hotel.I was also given options for flights to suit my needs, perfect!
Great Customer Service And Unbeatable Price
This was our first time skiing as a family, with fairly young children, so we were anxious to make the holiday as stress-free as possible. We found the specialist travel company, 'The Internet Traveller', and they were fantastic! They listened to all our requirements and gave us various options at very competitive prices. Their customer service was also second to none! We settled on the Hotel Diana Parc in Arinsal on their recommendation, and could not have picked better! The Internet Traveller organised everything for us, from flights and car hire, to ski hire and kids lessons, and it all worked without a hitch.
The resort of Arinsal was perfect for a family trip, being compact and pretty, with a nice choice of restaurants and bars. The slopes were wide and quiet, and everyone was so friendly. The ski school organised by The Internet Traveller was great and the fact that all the instructors were English speakers was a great help for the children. If you wanted more choice of runs, there is a cable car from the top of the mountain at Arinsal over to Pal, with more challenging runs.
All in all, the holiday totally exceeded our expectations and was a great experience. I would highly recommend 'The Internet Traveller' as a fantastic company to use and I would recommend both the hotel and the resort of Arinsal, especially for families.
Good Value For Money
I initially went to one of the very well known international travel agents for a quote (I have used them successfully in the past) and was surprised at the cost of the package. I then trawled the Internet and came across theinternettraveller so decided to contact them. Their price was 25% cheaper for the same flights and hotels plus a day trip was included free of charge (limited time only so I was just lucky). They are covered by all the usual bonded contracts so I knew I would be protected against things going wrong. The staff I spoke to were always helpful and polite so that is my experience of this company. I would use them again.
Our Three State Holiday To The Usa..
We wanted to go to Florida, New York and Las Vegas but hadn't a clue how to go about it.
I see an advert for 'The Internet traveller' so I contacted them and told them what dates we wanted to go, how long we wanted to spend in each state and then left it in their hands and we were so pleased we did.
They arranged the best state to visit first,,second and third, all the flights, transfers and hotels.
The hotels were in the best locations for sightseeing and our hotel rooms had the best views.
We were even told which doors to exit at the airport and where the shuttle would stop to pick us up, the directions were so exact that the whole holiday ran so smooth, no hitches, no problems.
We had a fantastic holiday and couldn't fault it in any way.
We just want to say a big Thank you to 'The internet Traveller' and to say we highly recommend this company and we will be back.
Thank you
Holiday Of A Lifetime!
I first saw reference to The Internet Traveller whilst searching for a holiday on Travelzoo. I liked the multi-centre options and for our 30th wedding anniversary we wanted to cover Las Vegas, New York and then have a chill-out week to finish.
We were recommended Antigua as a final destination which sounded fantastic so our Internet Traveller rep sourced the best deals at the time for four nights in Las Vegas, (MGM Grand - fabulous, loved the lazy river!) and four nights in New York (The Lexington - very nice, near Central Station) and then seven nights all inclusive at the St James Club in Antigua - again, fabulous.
The Virgin flights were great, the internal flights and transfers were all arranged for us and everything could not have run more smoothly. Our only small gripe was the room we were given at The Lexington was near a huge external vent and so noisy we thought we had the air conditioning on full blast but for the second and subsequent nights they moved us to the front of the hotel which was so much better.
We were given complimentary tickets to go up the Empire State Building and we purchased from the MGM Grand tickets to see the Grand Canyon which was of course amazing!
Thank you Internet Traveller for professionally arranging a wonderful trip that we will always remember. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to family and friends!
