Disgusting Service
I was quoted a price to fly to Amritsar and said she would hold the price till I checked with family members. I then called her direct dial and she answered saying she could not talk to me as she was on an urgent call and would call me back. She never called me back so I had to call back and her colleague called saying she was not available and tried to search my quote. There was no quote on the system she had left then they priced me £400+ than the day before for the exact same flights. I emailed the manager who did nothing. I would rather be speaking to someone in the same country as me due to the time difference and no one ever being available to talk. I would never use this company again. Their tone of speaking is rude and then you have to repeat yourself 10 times. NO THANKS!!!

We are sorry to hear that the fare that she quoted to you was unavailable when you called back after checking with your family.
Like most travel agents, our system uses live availability and all quotes are based upon this. Unfortunately, quotes are not guaranteed until the tickets are issued and the ticketing deadlines vary from fare to fare and from airline to airline - Tickets to India has no control over this.
With regards to not getting a call back, we will always try to call back within the given time frame but occasionally this is not possible due to operational reasons.
You have mentioned about speaking to someone in the same country but we have a call centre in the UK and in India and our agents are available 24/7. It makes no difference what time of day you call as someone will always be available to answer.

One of their agent had confirmed the tickets are fully Flexi and there will be no amend charges for 2 changes per ticket but only fare difference.
Later when I asked to make changes the agent said there are amend charges for all the tickets with fare difference.
When I said what I have been confirmed by Sourav before booking, he said he's on leave today but you will get refund if he's confirmed so.
After making many calls and Mails there is no acknowledgement of refund which I have been promised.
They make you pay somehow and never admit their mistake and refund.
This is complete breach of trust and unethical!
I would suggest everyone based on my experience never ever book tickets with this travel agency!
All these positive reviews on Trustpilot seems fake and paid whereas if you check reviews on other platforms you will get the real picture.
Its Really Very Bad Experience With Loss Of Money
Its really very bad experience with these guys, its one of the best sites to book 2 way journey, but due to severe medical conditions i was not advised to travel, i already rescheduled the ticket and couldnt make it out. I request the guys to partially refund the fare atleast a few percent as i cant just ask for full refund, but these guys rejected and the way they responde is unfair and disgusting. One of the executive named Mani have answered me if you dont want to travel dont travel is this the way a customer executive is responding i really dont like the service of them this is the insane behaviour from these people i have experienced.

Unfortunately, partially used tickets have no refund value according to the airlines fare rules. As with all travel agents, Tickets to India is bound by the fare rules for the type of ticket purchased and it is of course the airlines that set these rules and policies.

No Refunds No Response - Avoid At All Costs
I was unable to board my flight, the airline marked me as not a no show and approved the refund of my flight ticket but no response to my emails from Tickets to India. This whole conversation is documented in an email chain where all 3 parties are involved but still no response from Ticket To India. During the stressful moments at the airport, the audacity of Tickets to India staff was to sell me another set of tickets at twice the price instead of helping a customer in need. Even after showing them proof that other providers are offering cheaper tickets, they still dint budge, the whole process of dealing with them was so stressful. When asked pretinent questions, the agent (named Diljit) kept telling me that the line is recorded as if he is personally aware the process they follow is flawed but even he couldn't do anything about it. I sincerly fear for the staff and the working atmosphere this company offers which is to skim the customer as much as possible which reflects in their customer service as well.
I even opened a case in Resolver.co.uk, its been more than 3 months but abs no response. I have seen other customers have similar experience so I guess its a common theme with this company. I would urge ppl reading this review to avoid this company at all cost. Just suprised how this company (which is part of Acetrip Ltds) is allowed to operate in the UK. I plan to seek professional legal help in this matter and pursue this further as I am just unhappy with the way these company deals with their customers.
Pleasantly Surprised...
After reading the negative reviews, I was a little skeptical of booking my tickets through them. I decided to take a risk and gave them a shot and I am glad I did. I didn't have any problems obtaining my tickets and they were issued in time. The only negative feedback I'll leave is that the prices quoted online wasn't what was available and I had to do complete all my personal details before I was made aware, so had to book over the phone in the end, however, the operator was helpful and I booked my tickets within 5 minutes.

This company is absolutely revolting. Anyone considering buying tickets from here please go somewhere else like reputed travel agent or directly with airlines instead of this travel agent. I have told the same to my family, friends, DON’T buy your tickets from here. I would rather pay more for a ticket than buy a cheap ticket from here. I was promised a refund which I didn’t get now nearly 12 months they already received refund in full amount from air india but they denied to give me refund in full amount and charging admin. cost of £50. Disappointed and finally i have go though via court for my refund. so much waste of time, stress and anxiety you get by this sort of unprofessional staff.
Agent failed to provide explaination on cancellation fees. No receipt provided for charges. I would request consumers to think three times before making any transactions.
I have spread my word and convinced everyone I know to not purchase tickets from here and I definitely will not be buying from here.
I never leave a review normally, but the way travel agent staff spoke to me was unacceptable and is my main reason for leaving this review alongside my pending refund.

As you will be aware from previous correspondence with our refunds team, the £50 per person handling fee that we charge for the claiming and processing of refunds is clearly mentioned in our terms and conditions.
As you will also be aware, as a gesture of goodwill we had offered you a £25 credit to be used against a future booking which you rejected and you decided to pursue legal action (despite having agreed to our terms and conditions at the time of booking).
During the pre-hearing mediation today, you refused to compromise and instead decided to pursue your claim for compensation.
As a result of this and your decision to maintain your unwarranted claim, the case will now be heard by the courts. We must add that we are very confident of a positive legal outcome in our favour due to recent precedents set by similar Covid related claims.

Stay away from this unprofessional agent. They found the current pandemic situation as a perfect opportunity to charge admin fees to their clients when they are not entitled to charge such fees under their own T&C's. This looks even worse when they themselves emailed the customers confirming they will receive full refund.
Unfortunately you have not provided a booking reference number or an identifiable name so we are unable to reply specifically about your circumstances, however, we can provide some general feedback on your comments.
For the record, we have not used the pandemic to charge unfair fees. Our fees are clearly set out in our terms and conditions which all customers must read, accept and acknowledge their acceptance of prior to completing a booking. It is of course the customer's own responsibility to ensure that they have read and understood the terms and conditions as they form the contract with us.
With regards to charging for processing refunds, unlike many other companies and airlines, we do not have staff on furlough and have been working very hard to get customers their refunds from the airlines. As with any company that provides a service, we are fully entitled to charge for the work that we do.
Whenever and wherever we contact customers about refunds, these are always subject to our refund processing fee as per our T&Cs.

Worst customer care ever,please dont believe them what they are saying in phone if you believe try to get a return mail from the customer care otherwise they will simply cheat booking person using the name of Terms and conditions, especially for this COVID-19 situation. You never ever get a refund or a single penny from these guys. This COVID-19 situation, even though its not my fault, i don't have any choice rather than cancelling,these guys mislead me literally cheated me to attain my money.
I have booked my india trip tickets on Jan20 itself and paid the initial full deposit amount morethan 1000 quid and thought of paying balance before the travel, due to COVID situation govt/airlines are changing the rules on weekly/monthly basis due to this situation 2 months before i called the customer service asking about the situation, they told me that your tickets are confirmed and you need to pay the balance 1 week before the travel.Based on that conversation i have waited.
For a precaution i called 2 weeks before the travel and the customer care told to me, that you can re-book your tickets for next year before June2021 for that you can pay the full amount, when I said i want to cancel my booking and refund my money back...Abruptly they started raising their voice shouting your tickets are cancelled because you didn't pay the full money hence no refund. also he is asking to pay full ticket money. Howevevr air india has cancelled the flights upto 31Jul20 and the same info is available in airindia site.
After i realised these customer care misguided me and intentionaly asked me to call 1 week before . currently i dont have any records and mails from them to prove my conversations. However on yesterday i have called the customer care still they are asking to pay full money and saying the ticket has confirmed with air india. But Airindia announced upto31Jul20 no flights. if i pay full money they simply take and blame the airlines at the end, never give any refund. These guys doing using this situation of COVID-19 and simply putting the blame on the airlines. I had a very worst nightmare experience with this ticketstoindia guys, i never ever going to use this website in future..
this company has no morals. twice they tried to take me to county court as i got my money back via my credit card company. Each time they failed to attend. the airline had refunded my tickets over a year ago for £2,000. Tickets to India have kept hold of this saying they have to pay their staff and refusing to give back to us even though it is legally ours. totally despicable. They stated they had not received any refund fro Air India but Airline side it was refunded. Then TTI changed and said they have the money but they kept it to pay for staff.
I ended up having all flights refunded by my credit card company so am not out of pocket luckily. they lie constantly.
Rude And Unprofessional
I have tried calling tickets to India multiple times in the last few days, asking about a refund for our flights. I understand that there are flights that require attention that are happening sooner, however we have put in a request many days ago. At first they said it would take 48 hours. Following on from this, when I called, they said it would take 3-4 days. Calling after 4 days, the man on the phone was very rude and abrupt and told me that they would tell me one day before the flight was due to leave about my refund, which I find quite alarming that no one would have replied to my email for 2 and a half weeks. I specifically only asked for an email to be sent to me detailing when I would receive the refund but was denied this and kept being told I didn’t understand. As I was expressing my concerns on the phone, he went quiet and, then put the phone down on me as he could not give me any rational as to why it was so delayed. I thought maybe, the phone cut off, however I called back and the same thing happened when he could not answer my questions and he put the phone down on me again.
This is very unprofessional and I am thoroughly displeased as to how the situation has been handled, trying to fob me off with a random number of days that they will get back to me, just to get me off the phone. I will not be booking again with ticketstoIndia.
