They scam people pretending to be different airlines and making up taxes that do not exist. Scaring you that if you do not pay them, you won’t bhe able to attend your flight. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! 

Times Travel charged us £990 for changing a reservation for the two of us for our flight from London to Sydney. We then found out from Swiss, who were the Carriers, that Times Travel had overcharged us and that the actual surcharge for this change of reservation should have been £496. We asked Times Travel to rectify this mistake by returning our overpayment but they refused and instead offered to give us travel vouchers for £496 in compension. We declined this and insisted on a cash refund because by then we had no confidence in their integrity. We heard no more from them and they have ignored all our attempts to communicate with them by phone and by email. We also sent an official Recorded Delivery letter to them as advised by our legal counsel, to settle the matter amicably. They ignored this and did not respond. We phoned them today. They told us the case is closed. We are now in the process of initiating legal action against them.

From start to finish this company was fab. I had everything explained to me over and over again and nothing was an issue. We went to iceland with this company and because of the issues with the volcano we got a refund back from the blue lagoon trip probably within a few days of me sending my bank details wen we got back. If you have any doubts about this company don't. They are spot on and deserve my 10/10. Iknow we cant name the person who seen to our every needs but I hope he knows who he is. He was amazing. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a smooth booking xx

I had a great experience booking my vacation with time travel. They were fast and efficient and helped me out with all my needs. I would definitely recommend them everyone.

This company is always a pleasure to communicate with whenever I need a booking. Their packages are inclusive, worth the money and are completely reliable. I’ve been contacted by them throughout the whole process of my bookings and I’m always kept up to date. Their prices are budget friendly and accommodate to families well as well as individuals. Never had a problem with them in my numerous years of being a customer.

Times for travel took our money. We found out later that they never booked our hotels. and we contacted them they used abusive language and threatened us they will not pay us ONE penny of the thousands of money we paid them for our Umrah package!!! Do not beleive their promises 

i have booked a holiday for my with Times travel to Portugal. It was thw best holidays ever the hotel they recommended was brilliant they did everything for us from binging to end they made sure we had great time which we did.

the Adviser who served us (SAJJAD) WAS VERY WARM AND HELPFUL. he sent us about 10-15 options and the places to visit and idea's to help us save money and keeping our selves safe while we are at the holidays. since we got back from holidays i have recommended Times Travel company and Sajjad to few of my friends and they booked and really enjoyed the holidays and they have thanked me to for recommending them the TIMES TRAVEL LTD.

Any one who wants to go on holidays and enjoy stress free holidays i will advise them to go to times travel ltd to book their holidays.

We have always ordered tickets from TImes Travel....Well My dad has always ordered tickets from them and some particular staff have always been Helpful....Bu when my dad was away and my mum was looking for a ticket for me.....Another agent by the name of SAJAD...was very forceful at trying to get her to book a ticket....at an incredibly high price explaining to her that it was the best deal she could get... We tried different sources and at the first source found a ticket more than 25% cheaper than the rate offered to us by Times Travel....Then they told us that we could get a cheaper ticket with them as we have always been loyal customers....we decided to take them up on the offer...we tried contacting them for several days and they kept telling us that the ticket was booked and he would call us back in 10 mins... we NEVER got a call back after making more than 10 calls to him. Then when we called the company to resolve the matter and Sajad said that the ticket as no longer available as the return ticket had not be confirmed...This meant that the ticket which i was booking from another source was not available at the reasonable price instead the cheapest ticket i could find was more than 50% increase over the original price (which we were disgusted with from Sajad) from that Time Travel had offered to begin with. Absoloutly terrible customer service and doubt that we will ever use there service ever again after only using them for Several years prior to this experience. We feel like we were held ransom until the prices were increased in order to get more money from us!

These people have been harrassing me via telephone for days now. I also suspect that they aren’t a real company since none of the email addresses or other contact details on their website work. How they got my phone number I do not know as I have never been on their website until they started their spam phone call tirade against me. What I do know though is that spamming a spammer is like asking for trouble as I am going to publically give them negative reviews like this one until they lose my number.

Their last phone call was the most worrying one as all they did was breathe down the phone when I answered.

Raphael Shar at Times Travel was most helpful in sending over various holidays to choose from for our first summer break with our 4 year old daughter,he took the time to find us a very nice hotel in Tenerife within budget and that was child friendly. we really enjoyed the time away and were so impressed we are currently organizing another 7 night holiday to Spain in August 2011.

We would happily recommend Raphael and Times Travel to friends and family for future holidays.
