How is it you can name someone when there be polite and doing there ,,job properly, but not when they are so unproffessional and incompetent, a holiday of a life time to brisbane, with my grandaughter and partner, mix up on names, my partner and grandaughters, at checkin at heathrow, couldn't board the names weren't correct, could of been rectified even offered to pay for it,had 2 and a half hrs to board, China Airlines even told travango on the phone, they will offload it, and they could put on the correct names and we could board, they didn't, instead they said i could fly following day for a further, £4000, which i didn't have, we got no holiday, not even our return flight and lost £3600, wouldn't let us talk to a manager,or give hes name, not only that they sent me 3 other people's personal data, names, destination, flights etc, where has your personal data gone, who has it, very incompetent, un helpful, don't care

I want to share an interesting story today, it is an experience which I had to book a flight tickets with an agency.

- i booked the return ticket with them and was given good promises and asked to pay extra to meet the same.

- i was offered that there will be one free change to a return ticket for an additional cost of around Rs 5000 per person. The only mistake I did was, I didnot get this over the email.

- I was recommended to booked the costlier ticket in first place to avoid the fare difference if I need to change the dates later.

- Now, after couple of months, when I decided to change my return travel, I called the agency and found out that the person who helped me has already left the company.

- Now the new agent who try’s to help me, is not ready to listen and charging a good amount for a change in dates and not being supportive even if I explained all the situation to her.

- This is really an unfortunate situation and frustrating with the service and support I receive from them.

- I would defiantly not recommend to book the tickets from them rather prefer to book yourself with Airlines as that will be easy to alter any changes later.

I bought a Turkish airline ticket from them and my return was cancelled due to new regulations in the UK.

There was no communication from them in regard to the cancellation and I travelled 7 hours by road to the airport only to discover that my flight was cancelled.

I returned home with a different airline.

Turkish air told me I was entitled to full return of my return ticket, but Travango has been trying to confiscate my refund.

Within a short while I was told that the person in charge no longer work with them.

They cannot be trusted.

Their communication is zero after selling to customers

I am having to take a legal action to recover back my refund.

Search results show flight £2587 call them up 20 mins on phone and try to charge £3900

Complete waste of time

I have been very please with the service provide ,Staff was very polite and very patient. He look for a flight that suit my need really satisfied.I would definitely recommend to a friend overall very good service and i will use travango again.

I did an online chat specifying my requirements, within less than a minute he had found me a cheap flight but the layover was a little longer than I wanted but the price was excellent, within a couple of minutes he found a direct flight and the price was very reasonable too. He sent me the details for me to confirm and within a few minutes I had received the confirmation email to proceed to make a payment

Within 30 minutes of making a payment I received a call confirming my e-tickets had been sent

He was very polite and efficient, this is the 4th time I have booked with Travango and will definitely book with them again
