Was very impressed with the quick response to an email 'phone me back' request. Would have liked to be able to have seen more information on line, regarding dates available and 'hidden extras' like the booking fee. As the trip isn't till Feb/March 2015 we can only hope all will be ok.

Was pleased to have the confirmation so promptly too.

Took a chance booking with this company as I had not heard of them before. Everything went very well .we were kept well informed all the way all travel documents came exactly when they said they would. Our trip to Egypt had a few quarks but we enjoyed every minute We could not have been treated better. The Old Palace was like a dream best vacation we ever had. I would 150% recommend this trip to a friend.

I booked 7 nights in Madeira on-line which was easy. The website allowed me to make a reservation for two couples (me and my wife and my brother-in-law and his wife) in two rooms - something that some other websites could not manage.

At 1.20pm I got an email with the subject line: "Travel Wasp Booking Confirmation Email". The details found to be correct.

At 2.25pm I got an email with the subject line: "Travel Wasp Confirmation Email".

Without looking at the times I copied the later email to my brother-in-law who subsequently raised the question "Are we all sleeping in one room?". When I looked at what I had sent, I found that the details in the 2.25pm email stated that only one room had been booked.

My brother-in-law thought I was up to a bit of "Hanky-panky", nudge, nudge, wink, wink, know what I mean! - Say-no-more! Does your wife like photography? Say-no-more!

I think I will make a phone call to Travel Wasp just to get things sorted.

I booked a holiday to Hurghada, Egypt for two in november 2014. The staff were all really helpful and nice.

Communucation was simple and they told me about how to go about with everything as this was my first holiday outside the UK. There was a slight problem with a and inclusive free badawia trip which involved camel ride, quad bike, safari, bbq and belly dance and others which I was really looking forward to. They told me it cant happen but that it can be booked there. He offered to try and get a bit of a refund for us so we can purchase them in egypt. But luckily the trip organisers emailed them saying its available again. Which worked out great for me! The only other problem was that we couldnt check when the flights are available so we had our hearts set to hurghada. Inorder to get flights closer to the time we wanted we had to pay some extra on top of the deal price which I wasnt happy about. But it wasnt too much so no complaints! Looking forward to the holiday and I definitely recommend travel wasp for your holiday needs!

Booked a trip down the Nile with AI in Hurghgarda. Very helpful and the advise given regarding excursions etc. will add to the enjoyment. All completed on a sunny Sunday over the telephone.

Saw the holiday advertised on Travelzoo for a very reasonable price and called Travel Wasp to enquire as to extra charges etc. It was a pleasure to deal with the staff who were very helpful and informative about the whole package experience and advised me accordingly. I have booked the holiday and providing all is ok I would definitely deal with them again.
