I was very impressed with the way our queries & concerns were dealt with. They are extremely helpful & very friendly. It made no difference who we spoke to at the company, we had the same level of service from everyone. Their pricing was very competitive. Although everything was done online, we felt we still had the very important personal service. I would certainly use them again.

She is amazingly patient and persistent. We are people who have busy lives, where our circumstances change constantly. This means that she provides a number of quotations for various locations at different times of the year but she never seems to mind. She is always happy to pick up the telephone and call if that gets us to a solution quicker.

What we love about Travelbeam is the reassurance that any hotel we visit will be 5* accommodation and 5* service, which is important to us if we are going to have a relaxing holiday - these are the reasons why we always choose Travelbeam to organise our holiday from the flights, transfers and hotels. Not just that, they know the other bits too like nearby restaurants, so you can book online before you travel - good if you don't want to be trailing around restaurants looking for availability.

A great experience from start to finish. We followed her recommendations and chose Westin Costa Navarino. The resort is excellent and caters for everyone. Our son loved the Bayern Munich football camp. Our room was great spacious and with a swim up pool. Restaurants were generally really good. The Italian restaurant was the only disappointment it needed more choice. The water sports were good and beach was lovely. Teen club was great, water park was more suitable for younger children. Only downsides were that the resort really is in the middle of nowhere and trips out were either way expensive or tricky to organise through outside providers. The only other downside was that the children can’t use inflatables in any of the pools and only balls in one of the pools. We’ll definitely look to use Travelbeam again.

I would highly recommend TravelBeam for booking your holiday. We had to postpone our holiday twice due to Covid restrictions, but the TravelBeam team handled everything calmly and efficiently from the moment we booked, including the cancellation and rebooking of accommodation for 12, and flights from two airports. Nothing was too much trouble and they were easily at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions, and sort the finer details, in the lead up to our stay. We had the most wonderful family holiday at Vila Vita Parc. Our special requests were met perfectly, and the location and allocation of our 7 rooms spot on. Thank you!

High level of service from all staff throughout the resort

The food menus at the a la carte restaurants are the same for lunch and dinner and this could be improved with greater choice. Vegetarian diet was catered from the vegan menu to an extent. ikos appear to use the current model for most of their locations and this can dull the experience. They need to consider Indian cuisine!

An excellent place to relax and be looked after

The service from Travelbeam is superb. They have excellent contacts and are able to secure preferential rates. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and take the time to get to know exactly what you are looking for and are able to offer several options without inundating. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Travelbeam for your next luxury holiday and the whole process is a pleasure! I've booked two holidays through Travelbeam this year and I know they're already thinking of where to suggest for me for next year!

I've never booked with Travelbeam previously but with the level of service and patience the agent has given us with this booking I will almost certainly be booking again and would highly recommend to friends and family. They take all the stress out of booking a holiday.

During COVID, they arranged three holidays all of which were eventually cancelled. They did a lot of work for holidays which did not take place. Finally got away, and all arrangements were made including booking restaurants, private transfers. Even sent links to get our heads around the requirements for our destination and back to the UK, regarding COVID testing/documentation.

Everyone has great knowledge of the hotels to give appropriate advice. They really get to know you personally, so know which hotels will suit your preferences.
