We purchased airline tickets but they do not exist. Anybody who is a victim if this company needs to go to Citizens Advice who will log it with Trading Standards.

i booked a flight on this company the ticket that they issued dont match on the passenger name,,

I just wish to thanks the person I dealt with at Travelmood, we took her recommendation and advice on booking our holiday to Mauritius.

We’ve just returned yesterday and have never had such a fantastic holiday , it was everything and more of what she said we would experience.

we booked a holiday with travelmood, and were asked if we wanted the tickets sent as an email or posted, as we do not have a printer I asked them to be posted, and guess what yes thats right they were emailed to us. I have been phoning up for the last 2 weeks to try and get someone to send these tickets but to no avail, we are suppossed to be traveling on 22nd sept in 8 days time I just hope the tickets are sent in time. I would never use this company again as I found them to be very unreliable and the customer service is of a poor standard. I even asked how much weight we were allowed in each suitcase and was told 30 kilo each , good job I double checked though as it is 20 kilo each.

Travel agents were quite useful to book tickets and hold for a few days, but charge a ridiculous service fee when you book through them. Use them for their knowledge, but if you see it online book on their website instead. At our time of booking little did we know we could book online and get instant confirmation.
