Do Not Book With Them!!

It was such a disgrace and very irresponsible travel agency that they are running. All they wanted is to take money from time to time.

I have never experienced such a money taker travel agency. I had booked this from last year and they got plenty of time to rectify the incorrect details of my journey.

I arrived at heathrow airport and my itinerary was not in the screen. I was wondering if I was early so I waited for another 30 minutes. Still it was not in the screen. I decided to ask the crew regarding the flight and said that the airline reference, airline number and time given was all incorrect.

I cannot forgive travelpack for doing such error on my flight. They have given me pressure to queue on a last minute for the correct time of boarding is earlier than they have stated. Gladly i was a bit earlier or I have missed my flight.

One more thing its been months and months that i was asking for the refund of the ticket of my daughter and still has no progress. They should be ashamed taking money and wont give it back. Also they should not run a travel agency if they cannot take care of their clients.

I send them email which is same as this one and I did not receive apologies from them. They only said to give me the expiry of my card.

I will never ever book on this again. Keeps on cancelling my flight and keep asking for top up on my rebooking when i clearly saw the price on their website was lower but when they bill you its higher again. Money takers.

It took them 2 years to give me my refund!

The assistants on the phone can barely speak any English, they just keep you on hold and then just hang up just because they don't want to give the refund

I then reported them to the trading standards and citizens advice bureau and only then they processed my refund

Don't ever book anything with this company

They had my refund sent to them by Ethiad on 16th July (which I consider to be good) But on 24 th August they said that they still had not had it.

It took many e-mails and 1 mall claims suit to get most of my money in Feb this year

I would strongly advise people not to use this company

I Do Not Recommend Travel Pack.

I can not recommend this agency. I was told to be refunded in 10 weeks but now It’s been 16 weeks. I know the airline have refunded my money already because my friend have booked a same flight through other agency and he got refund a month ago.

I am very angry. They don’t keep their words and never call me back why it happened. I feel like totally ignored and neglected. I am sick of making calls every week and ask my money back. We all know that covin 19 situation has been bad in travel industry but Who would want to book flights through a travel agency with this terrible customer service in the future? They will lost their place not just because the lack of travel in covid pandemic but how to dealing with customer.

Appalling Customer Service.

Do not be drawn into booking with this company they cannot be trusted.

We had our Qatar business class flights to Cape Town, booked through Travelpack, cancelled on May 15th then the fun began.

We have it in writing from Qatar that the money was refunded on the 18th. We have rung Travelpack dozens of time getting many different conflicting stories which were totally untrue. Agents sounded as though they were standing in Delhi rush hour traffic and conversations were near impossible, we have never experienced anything like it. On google I came across a number for an accounts department for the company and got through quickly. Explained my situation and he offered to put me through to customer service. At this point I lost my cool and said that I was holding on until he got my refund processed, initial silence followed by him saying that he would do his best, 5 mins later it was processed and I insisted on holding until the email confirmation came through. I past this onto my friend and it worked for her as well. 3 working days for it to appear on my credit card.

Do not trust your money to this company however good their prices seem to be. They have got to be the worst company that I have ever dealt with

Disgusting And Disgraceful

I would rate this agency with a no-star if there was an option. Full of false reassurances! They said refunds will take up to 8 weeks and now it's been 16 weeks. Still no refund! They now said the delay is coming from the "supplier". WTH? The rep (who I know does not care and is just following a spiel) on the phone could not even tell what, who or where that certain supplier is! Apparently some third party accounts settling group! And now they said to wait for another 2 weeks! Very quick to take our payment but absolutely slow to no response when asking for it to be refunded. Disgraceful and disgusting service! Never again! And if you're reading this review, don't even think about booking with them.

Same experience! However I found a phone number for the Accounts/ Creditcard and got straight through. I insisted that I was staying on the line until my refund was processed, it took 5 mins. Another couple of mins while I insisted on holding until the Email confirmation came through. All done!they had our money for 3 months, will never use them again

Same experience! Got my instant refund by finding a phone number on google which took me through to Accounts/Creditcard. I insisted on holding while my refund was processed, it took 5mins I then insisted on holding until the confirmation was emailed. Another couple of mins all done and dusted. They had held onto my 4.5k for 3 months. Disgraceful behaviour.

Terrible Avoid At All Costs

DO NOT USE TravelPack don’t was your time & effort, this is hands down the worst travel agents in the UK. They are a Indian based company nobody understands English & the custom services is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

The two people I dealt with were totally useless in help,

As a whole I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone avoid at all cost. The whole system needs to be put outta business

really really horrible service , don't use, Be aware of their dodgy policies and please read carefully their T&C , i booked a BA flight (business class) through skyscanner and within couple of hours I realised that I need to change the date of the inbound flight , I checked the prices online = and no increase was shown compared to the ticket I purchased , I called BA and they confirmed that I can use the 24-hour free cancellation policy that's in place however I have to do it through my travel agent , and guess what - my travel agent (Travelpack) told be to go ....... myself !!!!!
