I have booked a travel for me and my family of three to travel To Jamaica on Sunday, 2 February 2020. These tickets was purchase on Monday, 30 September 2019. However, during the time that we were meant to travel my husband had a Stroke and was hospitalise. I have inform the travel agency and I was told to send the hospital confirmation which I did send at the time.

It was during the time of Covid19 and I was told that when the covid19 is settled then they would refund me the flight money for my husband. After the covid19 settled and the lockdown was lifted, I have called the travel agency severally but they had refused to pick up my calls. They have also ignored of my emails.

I know this had been a few years back but I will never forget the disloyalty and the miss trust that I have experience with this travel agency (Benz Travel Limited). They are unreasonable and dishonest. £703.97 to be exact I have paid for each fair.

This is no way to deal with customers.

Operatives Refuse To Refund Cancelled Flights

Our Flight was booked for April 2020 but an Operative contacted me in March to inform us that our flight was cancelled. I was told I had to complain to the Airline company in order to get a refund. After waiting nearly 2 months for a reply, they informed me to get the refund from the Travel Agent since the tickets were purchased from them. The Travel Agent  tried to pressure me to accept Travel Vouchers which were initially valid for less than 9 months. She then changed the validity to 2 years. We did not want this, nor did we want to change the date of travel. We simply wanted our money back under the EU regulation 2612004.

Last week the Travel Agent called me to say she could refund the value of a voucher which was considerably less than what we had paid, I declined this offer saying we had not purchased vouchers in the first place. She called back the following day to offer a little more but said she was charging an Admin fee for processing the refund which would be £35.00 per person. She also said that the refund would tke 10 - 12 weeks to reach my Account. Whereas her colleague offered conflicting informationn saying the refund should take 12, 24 or 4 hours. I declined this also stating we were entitled to a full refund and that she had also given us misleading information. We also had to absorb the impact of making regular calls to the Them and the Airline company where we would not be refunded for those calls.

This morning I called teh Travel Agent to make further enquiries regarding the refund. She informed me that I would now have to deal with their Customer Care Service. She declined ansering any of my questions and said the department would be in touch with me! I have never heard of a Customer Care Service before as she was the named person who was supposed to be dealing with me and was the person I had spoken to since March 2020.

This company has hung up calls I have made to them, Operatives have shouted and argued down the phone at us and have asked us to consider the needs of other customers and themselves rather than our own situation. The Agent has even asked me to consider that she made a call to me on a day she should not have been working! This is one of the most unprofessional Services I have ever encountered!

So Now, I am waiting to hear from their so called Customer Care Service and or their Manager!

Great Customer Support

It was an accidental booking but I'm grateful I did. Thanks to the person I dealt with and especially the other person I dealt with. She was amazing. It was a 3 days struggle to get my flight booked. But with your support it was achieved. Thanks for discounts and free baggage gifts. Opening up to your team was easy because I could see their desire to provide the best possible support. With their help I will be able to go home this December to give my last respect to my late mum. Thanks for making the process easy.

Though I would have appreciated if the cost was in Euro. I think the high pound conversion rate didn't help my finances but your support made me to make the best decision.

My Perfect Flight Was Found Super Quick!

The person I dealt with got me just the flight I needed, with perfect departure times, preferred airline and ample baggage allowance in a few minutes and was helpful and polite throughout, even when I'd been ringing a few other agencies to do the same to no avail! Such a great service!
