Great Service When Pandemic Broke Out Whilst We Were Away.
I am really shocked at the negative reviews regarding this company as we booked our holiday through this company for match 2020, during our holiday the CV pandemic hit and we were in lanzerote. The company contacted us straight away and gave us all the information we needed about our travel home. They were extremely helpful and kept in touch even when we got home to make sure we had managed to get home safe. I was so impressed with there overall customer service that I am looking to book with them again our holiday price was the cheapest and we even got private transport as cost was so low and transport to and from the airport was excellent. I hope this wasn't just a one off and that we were lucky because I am looking forward to going on holiday with them again.

I booked my summer holiday back in January with TRAVELSOON before all this pandemic started. Since lockdown everything have just got WORSE. I have tried to contact them several times to try and cancel my holiday in order to get a refund, as the FCO as its NOT SAFE TO FLY and if I do go ahead i invalidated my insurance. I was offered back in april a credit note, to change my holiday date or if I default on a payment I WOULDN’T GET ANYTHINK (which I understand). However, getting closer to my holiday I felt it was time to cancel so tried to contact them and was refused all option. All I got was the flights are still live so NOTHING THEY COULD DO. Even when I pointed out they had offered me to change the dates earlier on for free that was now not the case they wanted MORE MONEY. Even tho if I booked it it was still under the price I have already paid. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK OR CHANGE MY DATES but they still think its ok to keep asking for more money. I booked this feeling excited but its just been a nightmare. DON’T EVER BOOK WITH THEM THEY CANT BE TRUSTED ALL THEY& WANT IT MONEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS!!!

Fab Holiday - No Complaints
I have just got back from a trip to Tenerife for 10 nights all inclusive which I booked through travel soon. I won't lie, after reading many reviews for this travel agents (after booking and paying a deposit!) I was really apprehensive and immediately regretted it. However in all honesty I have had no problems what so ever. We even had flights booked with Ryanair which were on time and no issues apart from the extras you have to pay but that's a separate issue. The price quoted for the holiday was what we paid and was slightly cheaper than first choice. Any emails I sent the company, I got a response within 24 hours (unless it was the weekend) and I even got refunded a late charge they tried to charge me. The only complaint I capfuls say is that it's not as convenient as a package holiday say with Thompson. As we did have to find our own transfers at an allocated tranfer desk as opposed to them being on the doorstep when you arrive. but it wasn't much of an issue at all and for the price was pretty cheap. Hotel was lovely and the all inclusive was well worth it. We stayed at the playa la arena in Tenerife. I promised myself if we had a good time I would leave travel soon a good review and we did, with no problems at all and little to complain about.
Absolute Rip Off
Please don't ever get involved with this company. It's so corrupt I'm taking Legal Advice. 8,640.00 quote turned out 9,200,00. The underhand tactics they use to take money from you makes you sick to the stomach. The agent once we received the final payment refused to reply to my emails, phone calls, He's on Holiday, He's off Sick. He's not in today, I phoned the complaint department who stood by there agent. I got a quote which seemed good value and ended up paying nearly 600 pounds more. Like most people we work very hard all year round. I'm self employed and my wife is a Nurse. So money is tight. All I'm doing is Warning people how dishonest this company are. Please Be Very Very Careful because they will Rip you off. I've also received a message from the Rip Off Britain team who I've shared my experience with dealing with this Company. So My Warning is go to another company because I'm going to fight this all the way. Local, Papers, Radio. Social media. Will know all about this awful company and its Agents.
Don't Book
Booked 3 night holiday with this company only to find out we travel back on the third night. Now it's my fault. Do not book with them. Horrible customer service. And spoke to admin and they said nothing we can do for me and I'm lying
Paying Your Deposit
Be careful when paying the deposit on hour holiday, when paying our deposit we were advised to remove luggage to keep the credit charge cost down and add luggage back on later. When I asked if the cost of luggage would go up and I was advised it wouldn't, I questioned this again and was told the cost of luggage hadn't increased during the whole time she'd been booking holidays so the cost of the luggage would stay the same. I wasn't convinced and asked for the luggage to be added back in but was told there's no need, to keep the credit card charge down we'll remove the luggage. When paying the balance on our holiday travelsoon wanted double the amount originally quoted for the luggage. When we complained, customer services were very poor, they didn't ring back, we had to constantly chase and eventually, having called them again we were advised they'd listened to the calls and the operator hadn't said any of the above. I was told they could send me the tapes and when I agreed I was told there'd be a £10.00 charge. When paying the balance Travelsoon told us luggage would be 95.00 per case but when we looked on the airline site it was 75.00 return. When I raised this with travelsoon they said they don't make money on luggage and it was 90.00 not 95.00 as written down by my husband. Customer Services are terrible, we were told we couldn't take our complaint further and basically told to go away. Because I was booking the holiday for three families, I wrote down everything I discussed with the operator and made reference to this when raising my concerns with their admin team to be told what I was saying wasn't the case!. I certainly won't be booking any further holidays with this company and based on how they treat their customers I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
Rude And Unhelpful
avoid like the plague...never met such unhelpful rude customer service team and totally fob you off daily when they owe you money...
Non Caring Company No Customer Service
I travelled to lloret de mar with this lot BIG MISTAKE I was told the apartment alloted to me did not exist hence I was walking around at midnight trying to find a Hotel room did eventually but did leave nasty taste in my mouth and a great start to holiday
I have since sent several emails which they have ignored and still refuse to therefore it has been taken up with Abta and Atol as a company such as this should be closed and forbidden from ever trading again their Customer service is non existent

Dont Waste Your Money . Rubbish.
I am going holiday 3 times a year with different companies . I never seen any liar people like travel soon . I waste my money and holiday cancel hotel and the rest . I will take them to the court soon to get my money back.
