Just looked at a holiday on the site , put my dates,board and airport in the search and a holiday came up that suited me for £575, so went to live chat to finalize and the price for 2 people came up to £1599, asked them how this price had changed and they said that's a static price £575, false information

Excellent service always get great deals on a holidays and very professional service

Booked hotel for a week done payment, next day received a call from them that I must pay £18 more because it was weekend and site prices not live and they are changed I check site again and it was showing the same prise that I paid it was Sunday I call them back and they told me that price will be changed at Monday. I just cancelled my booking and waiting for full refund. Awoid this company they are totally useless

First class service from the moment of contact, she went out of her way to look at various quotes and nothing was too much trouble.

She waited for us to call her with the deposit which was completed out of hours. She has always contacted us straight away and has always been friendly understanding when there has been change, and she has delivered excellent service. U look U book will highly recommend!

Booked my honeymoon through this site and received fantastic service. I spoke with an advisor on the phone after being recommended by friends. I explained what I was looking for in a honeymoon and was found exactly what I wanted for a fantastic price. I would definitely book with them again as all my questions were answered and nothing was to much trouble.

I tried to book but I never received a confirmation or any emails to say i had booked my holiday, when i tried to book it on line the site crashed twice. I had nothing to say it had been booked. I then the next morning went to the hotel and booked direct with them. Then had a very rude sales person call me and tell me that the room was not refundable and i had to pay in-full, and to make it worse they had taken double the money for my account. The girl then rudely told me that it was not her problem and that the site had crashed and i had not be sent any confirmation from the site. She eventually passed me on to her supervisor who agreed that the previous person was rude. But she also became very hostile and rude herself, I told them I hope these call are recorded as i will be taking the matter further and she replied that they don't need to record call! I will be taking this matter further as this completely unacceptable.

I have now booked several family holidays through ulookubook, each and every one has been amazing. The customer service from both the advisers has been outstanding. The knowledge they both had was really helpful and reassuring. Nothing has been too much trouble. They listened to what we as a family were expecting and delivered each time. We have just booked our most recent holiday for July 2015 and are so excited!!! I know we won't be disappointed.
