My first problem was to find the login box - this was hidden behind the Rental Logo down the bottom right hand corner of the page. It should be clearly labelled as - Login Here - and at the top of the page

The colour of the pages is a nightmare - gray background, black type, and red that is virtually impossible to see against the background.

Yes, two and a half hours wrestling with a situation that should go like clockwork. Check out Amazon I can buy an object there in 5 minutes

I still do not know if I have paid for my holiday .I assume so as page came up that repeated my reference number.

The actual holiday information was fine and the site works fine - apart from colour and trying to pay

First we got tricked by the host. The house we booked was apparently overbooked and the one we got was an awful replacement. Really dirty and sticky, with lots of cockroaches and hair and a pool you don't want to dip your toe in. The are was rather a dump than a neighborhood.

We later found out that the house we booked is rented out permanently and is not available at all. These hosts do the same trick with everybody.

Then we got tricked by villa renters. Our review doesn't show up.

For sure we wrote a bad review. These hosts do not deserve to have any more guests. But for some reason our review does not appear on the villa renters webpage. Only 2 very positive ones are visible and the house is booked throughout the next year.

You can't trust villa renters at all and your holidays can be a real nightmare

We have been coming to the US for over 18 years and have never booked the same villa twice. Mainly due to the fact that we were not happy with one minor aspect of the booking, the villa was too far from the Parks, the area was not great, the villa was sub standard.

Well you know we're quite hard to please by now. Ok that's a given as I am sure most of you are looking for value for money but without compromising your standards?

I found a villa this year 2014 which ticks all our boxes, great location 15-20 mins away, zip wiring 30 mins away, sky diving 40 mins away and shops 2mins away. Best of all it was the cleanest villa we have had the pleasure of staying at in all the years of visiting the US. It is a real bonus when you open the door for the first time and say WOW?

Oh and best of all we just booked for the same time next year because for the first time this Villa is all we could hope for and too good not to come again next year.

I have used villarenter at least 4 times now to book Greek Villas. Easy to use, emails tell you exactly when you need to pay, fill in arrival details etc. Payment is safe. Cannot fault them.

This is the first time that I have used your company. The website was good, clear to use. Email prompts were timely. Efficient service. Hope the weather is good for our holiday and the villa lives up to its photographs!

We have booked a 2 week vacation in Isla Plana, Spain and the process so far has been very easy. I hope that our holiday goes as swimmingly as the booking. Will re-assess in October.
