Karrimor Global 70-90

Good size and weight with easy access to main part of pack and comes with a detachable daypack. I found this perfect for the type of travel I was doing. Found this pack at EquipYourTrip.com for a great price!

Bought a global 50-70L travel bag. Seemed to be good at first. Then one year later, had a problem with the rubber liner falling apart. Took it back to point of purchase and what a wonderful surprise to find out Karrimor's "lifetime Guarantee" is only 12 moths and that is doesn't actually cover anything.

DO NOT BUY BAGS FORM KARRIMOR PERIOD!!

DO BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE THAT ACTUALLY HAVE PROPER LIFETIME WARRANTY

the form says "Hint: What would you have liked to know before you made your purchase?"

The real warranty would have been nice to know???

Just bought this bag for 3months backpacking in summer, intial impressions are very good.

Pros: - Design is very sleek and the back strap system allows a wide variety of adjustments to be made, important in a bag like this as they tend to be very top heavy.

- Looks great(this is the new global version from sports direct £120), 20litres expansion option, front opening to allow easy access to stuff (no need to burrow to the bottom!), plenty of compression straps to reduce space down

Cons: Daysack looks a bit pokey, not sure how comfortable

Bottom compartment seems a bit pointless, not sure what its purpose is!

I took this bag round the world with me for 3 years! It never broke in any place, never ripped or sustained even the slightest of damage! The workman-ship is flawless.I do hate the day sack though. It was never good to use on its own. According to a website i saw recently they have made "improvements" so maybe its better these days. however i LOVE the day sack when it comes to using the two bags together! Its such an effective balance at the front!I would say that this is near a perfet bag! I'm still using it and thing i will be for maybe another 5 years! It just doesn't break! hahaha! My day sack was stolen before it broke so i'll never know how long that would of lasted but it made 2 years, easy!
