Ordered Caravan With Date Error Online They Want £40 To Rect

Made an error online with date booking tried to rectify straight away but website wanted £40 admin fee. I've rung direct to Cresswell and have spoken to 3 separate people two of which have tried to get me to ring their central booking which only directs me back to online! Rang again and they were basically not sympathetic and said only way is to pay £40 admin fee. So it'll cost me more to cancel but I am going to cancel and will definitely not be using Parkdean ever again.

Amazing Holiday At Cresswell Towers!

Had an absolutely amazing week from start to finish, from entering the beautiful caravan which was well above our expectations for the price we paid, to the entertainment! Caravan was lovely furnished and modern with flat screen TV, sound bar and lots of lovely finishing touches and there was no worry of getting cold! The food was lovely and reasonably priced, helpful friendly staff and the entertainment team went above and beyond to make our stay a one to remember! We had planned to leave the park on a couple of the days but once we were there other then a visit to the nearby beach there was no need as there was so much happening to keep the children entertained! If you want your kids to have a holiday to remember Cresswell will certainly do that with it's beautiful surroundings and amazing entertainment team, from swimming, cake decorating, craft activitys and fantastic night time entertainment such as karaoke, disco, party games to name a few and even linked bingo and quizzes etc for the grown ups! Gutted to have to come home and already looking to book again! Thank you Cresswell team!

We Have Just Returned From What Was The Opening We

We have just returned from what was the opening weekend of the season, and the place was packed. i wa surprised that it wa so busy when i tried to get prices for a midweek break in a couple of weeks there was nothing left! we stayed in a silver aravan which had heating in it i asked as i was surprised it had heating and was tod that park resorts has heating in all vans above the bronze grade now. the entertainment was great for my kids and there was a good atmosphere at the night time. the prices were not too good in the bar but probably what you would expect these days at a caravan park. i would definately go again and am going to try a week in the summer whebn the beach will be really nice! :)

Our Week At Cresswell Towers Was So Poor We Cut It

Our week at Cresswell Towers was so poor we cut it short and headed home a day early.

The caravan was dirty - we found used tissues under our daughter's bed, and false fingernails tucked down one of the sofa cushions. Everything was covered in a film of dust and hair, it was disgusting. The facilities were poor, badly maintained and scruffy. We spent every day driving round trying to find things off-site to amuse our toddler.

I would recommend a week at home before I would advise staying at Cresswell Towers.
