Booked to stay last weekend, arrived to a warm and friendly welcome and what looked liked a pretty and well maintained site.

After having to pay cash on arrival ( alarm bells should have started ringing) We were directed to our pitch and parked up.

We got out to stretch and have a look about and were horrified to realize just how noisy the site was! The road noise was horrendous, so loud we had to shout to make ourselves heard,

We walked around to see if any of the other pitches were better, and it was slightly better at The very far end but still way way too noisey for us, so we left. After leaving our ears were still ringing!

It's a real shame the owners have created a lovely well maintained site and the facilities are excellent, however if you like a quiet site this one is NOT for you.
