Small caravan, badly layed out and well over priced. This ruined our family holiday

Only good thing on site was the swimming pool

Waste of time complaining on site. Waste of time complaining to Hoseasons, they don't like complaints and only want their booking commission

Hoseasons don't allow you to escalate a complaint or speak to a Manager

NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT book with Hoseasons, I wont

Took my family to a superior caravan on the site. Very disappointed as it was Small with tiny bedrooms with not much storage. Not very clean, so our first job on holiday was cleaning some areas

Very run down, Old caravan with old ,hard furniture

Nice swimming pool but arcade area with machines that don't work properly was poor

Wooden handles on the staircase to the entertainment area were sticky, clearly not cleaned for a long time

Would Never go back. Could Never recommend. Dont waste your money on overcharged caravans

Caravan, clean and tidy, and good price, All staff do a brill job, especially the Team Stars. Safe and secure, no trouble,variety of entertainment, for all ages. Lots of places to visit off camp. We like it so much we come every year, we would recommend, this Park to anyone. It could do with under cover for smokers, in play park area. There is nothing we dont like and cant wait for next years visit.

Whitley Bay caravan park. Lovely clean site. We rented a premium 2010 2 bed caravan and when we got to site we had been upgraded to 3 bed caravan but it was situated right next to a very busy main road so we had traffic screaming past bedroom window all night. The entertainment complex is tiny, about 5 machines in the arcade and you couldnt swing a cat in the family room. Tried twice to get a seat in there but no chance, gave up and resorted to sitting in the caravan watching the `14" TV (that we had to go and buy a freeview box for as it would only pick up BBC and ITV)Sent huddy to hire a clothes airer from the hire shop only to be told that they didnt hire them and to try reception. The receptionist couldnt care less....if there isnt one in the caravan there was nothing she could do! The only local amenity was a lighthouse on an island and 2 arcades in whitley bay town centre. If you have teenagers steer clear of this site... its the 2nd most boring site we have been on, topped only by one in the lakes called 'the quiet site'!

Was a good holiday overall, when we got there caravan was a bit dirty, carpets were stained and shower was quite mouldy but apart from that caravan in satisfactory condition. Park had basic facilities but had a good band playing on the Saturday and also has Karaoke and bingo so enough to do for adults as well as children. Located close to Whitley Bay town centre as well. Would recommend highly if they could just have the caravan cleaner.

Can't say anything bad about the time we spent here! The caravan was lovely and clean. The toilet broke but it was fixed within the hour! Excellent service. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with whatever you needed especially the entertainment staff! They really made our holiday (for the adults and children alike). They gave 100% with everything they did and my children loved them!! They couldn't have done anymore for us. We have booked again for September and we can't wait to go back!!

There was plenty for the children to do on site and close to local amenities. The beach was only 5 mins away too. Stunning views and great weather!
